Do it!

I like Felicity Jones.

Gareth Edwards I'm less sold on.

Vader is in this, right?

How much screen time will he get?

Possible story?

Chloe Bruce stunt doubled for Daisy Ridley, and Hannah Levitt-Collins was a body double.

This is the first time I've heard of a "Becky".

Also, Ridley and Bruce are like 4 inches taller than Felicity Jones.

Still hoping to see them on the planet Dantooine. It would go along with Princess Leia's story on how the Rebel's were on the planet at some point.

The excellent Lost Stars novel spends some time on Dantooine. I wouldn't be surprised if it appeared in the movie.

Ralltiir? Isn't this where the plans were stolen from? I believe this would be the main planet in the story.

I think this movie will be sort of like 'Fury', based on a team of people and their relationship with each other.

In the end, after sending the plans on a ship to the rebel base, they get caught in a room by Darth Vader himself, I REALLY see them dying at the hands of him.

One by one, like in Fury, they are slaughtered by Vader, as they shoot at him in tears of their fallen brothers, hence the death of Rogue One.

Music that could be used:

I definitely think the proper ending would be the entire team meeting their end. However, I don't know if Disney would go that dark. My assumption is we'll get a few survivors that end up escaping to planets in the outer rim, and if the film is successful, these characters may show up in future Star Wars films. I'm really interested to see who some of the actors turn out to be. We now know that Mads' character is a scientist who helped create the Death Star but ends up regretting his decision and hopes his daughter can make up for the mistakes he's made. I'm curious to see who Mendelsohn and Whitaker are playing. I'm hoping both are Imperial Officers.

Is this movie still filming? I read that it began back in early August. So I imagine must be wrapping up this month.

I think it would be cool to show some more of Alderaan as well.

The ending I've envisioned is the last member of the group using his final, dying breath to hand the plans to Leia just before she boards the Tantive IV.

They don't need to physically hand the plans over. They just need to transmit them to the Tantive. That would save the film the trouble of casting a young Leia.

True, I forgot they intercepted an Empire transmission. I was just going for something dramatic.

Which makes me wonder, if the "heist" is intercepting the plans, not taking anything physically, is the Rogue One crew on the Tantive IV?

I'm really excited for this film, such a cool period of time and event it's focusing on.

I hope it debuts online May 4th, then it's attached to CA: CW. Then that leaves Celebration to be our first peak at EpVIII!

Here's something I was thinking: what if Darth Vader appears in this, but instead of getting JEJ to return to do his voice, what if he doesn't talk?

Vader has his mask, of course, and it does what Jason Voorhees and Michael Myers has, which is it creates that mystique of fear. You don't know if they're looking at you, you can't read them, you don't know they'\re dead (for Jason and Mikey, they never are), and they don't talk. Vader, not talking in Rogue One, would be very different and would be very scary. To the point where when he does something, you don't know why; and when he appears, it'll be out of nowhere, etc.

IDK, what do you guys think?

^ It might be cool for a scene or two, but ultimately might feel incomplete if he doesn't speak at all. hat voice is as iconic as the look and breathing.

What if he has this badass one liner for the whole movie before he does something badass like killing the whole squadron?

Some set photos.

EDIT: Actually, just recalling that whole fiasco from a while back regarding posting photos from certain places. Don't recall if TMZ is one of them, so I'll just be on the safe side and say just to click the link.
