Since when did Rachel and Brody have an open relationship? I guessed Brody's secret would either be that he's a gigolo or gay porn star.

Personally, I feel like half this stuff is Brody's influence, and Rachel goes along with it because she's so determined to convince herself she's happier with her new life than she actually is.

Deep down, I think Rachel's all kinds of torn every which way, even if she doesn't realize it half the time.

The biggest travesty was the G rated Quintanna happening, for those of us not into Klaine or irritated by Finchel, this was our moment dammit!! :argh: :oldrazz:

Seriously, I don't think at least a kiss would've killed them...

Then again, knowing the Parents Television Council. :o

The Parents Television Council hates Kurt, Blaine, and Santana for existing.

Pretty much.

I still can't believe how hard they railed against the "First Time" episode, and that ended up being the most chaste thing I've ever seen in my life. Seriously, I've seen more sexual intimacy in Disney movies than there was in that episode. :o

They would hate Kurt if he stood in the background every episode and never dated anyone, because he was there, silently infecting their children with Teh Ghey.

There's no point paying any attention to them.

On Amazon once, I saw some mom ask which episodes were Kurt-less, because she didn't want her kids to watch episodes he was in and be "influenced".

I replied and said she's gonna need to just find another show.

I'm honestly surprised someone hasn't accused the children's book series Chris Colfer is writing of being subliminal homosexual propaganda or something.

Don't give them any ideas. One Million Moms ugh..

A lot of times the ptc hate for shows only gets the shows better ratings and press.

Yeah, trying to be something she's not because she thinks she has to in order to fit into her Broadway dream.

It was a big fat tease. :(

The Parents Television Council hates Kurt, Blaine, and Santana for existing.

I'm sure hating Santana is just what those guys tell their wives. :awesome:

Browsing some comments on other sites about the episodes, and sheesh....

I can understand not liking a certain character or a certain pairing, thinking someone is a bad actor/bad singer/annoying/overexposed, whatever, but some people's hatred of Lea/Rachel and Darren/Blaine in particular is wildly over-the-top.

You think they're overexposed or their characters are annoying, okay, whatever, but some people seriously act like Lea and/or Darren came to their house and made them watch while they murdered their entire family and stomped their puppy to death or something.

There's also a strange amount of people who say Blaine tried to rape Kurt in the car outside the gay bar in "The First Time". Is it just me, or was that....not what happened at all?

Online fandom can get pretty nasty. Actually downright disgusting, to be honest.

I mean, you see some of the stuff that's out there, and it makes the crap we talk about the show seem almost complementary.

What gets me is how personal they get with their hatred of Darren Criss and some of the other people.

Not liking Blaine Anderson is one thing. Some of them act like they'd genuinely be happy if Darren Criss died in a horrible fiery car crash, or got brutally murdered or something.

I mean, I can understand thinking Blaine is overrated/overexposed, but Darren has always seemed to me like a pretty nice, laidback guy, I'm not sure exactly what he's said or done to engender the intense hatred he has from some corners of the fandom.

It comes from an irrational, hateful group of individuals. There's no point trying to make sense of any of it. They're basically all dangerous lunatics in waiting.

I am surprised at how much hate I have seen over Quinn and Santana hooking up. So many are saying that it just happened so they could spite people who ship Quinn/Rachel and to piss off Brittana fans and lesbians.

I think this show does a lot of things to get back at fans but I dont think Quinn/Santana was done to spite anyone.

I can kinda see the Brittana fans being pissed, but the Faberry or whatever fans, that's just hilarious. If there's one female character on this show I can't ever see experimenting with her sexuality, it's Rachel.

WOAH WOAH WOAH! Twice?

I need to rewatch this episode.

For that and to make sure Mike was actually in it.

It's not like they show anything, we don't even see a kiss, just them laying in bed after with the sheets covering their naughty bits and a little bare leg sticking out (ooh, hardcore).

Ya know what I realized? Klaine is really the only one we see kiss. Even Finchel never actually kiss this episode.

I never really got the whole Faberry thing. I can't see Rachel sleeping with Quinn in a million years.

For whatever reason, these slash fans like to delude themselves into thinking these pairings of theirs stand a chance in hell of ever happening.

Those fans scare me, some of them even try to insist that Lea Michele and Dianna Agron are secretly dating and that Cory Montieth and Lea is just PR :whatever:

Some people scare me.

My friend is convinced for some reason that Chris Colfer and Darren Criss are secretly together and Darren's girlfriend and Colfer's boyfriend are fake (even though Colfer and Darren are both extremely private about their significant others while logic dictates if they were cover, they'd be parading them all over the place).

Also, some fans hate Naya's boyfriend because they think she and Heather are "supposed" to be together.

Seriously, take some anti-psychotics and learn to tell the difference between the actual actors and the characters they play on a TV show.

It always cracks me up when the fans think they can dictate what direction the characters take, and is even more ridiculous how they seem to think they can dictate these actors personal lives. It's like, for the love of God, are their own lives that unfulfilling?

Cory Monteith got hate messages on Twitter when Finn dumped Rachel in Season 2, telling him to take her back. Grant Gustin (Sebastian) and Dean Geyer (Brody) have also gotten hate tweets from rabid Klaine and Finchel shippers as well. Gustin even got a death threat (because, ya know, it was actually Gustin throwing rock salt in Darren Criss' eye and making him have surgery, and totally not a scripted and filmed scene for a TV show).

Not only can they not tell the difference between actors vs. characters, and a TV show vs. reality, it also apparently never occurs to these geniuses that maybe they should air their complaints about characters and storylines to, ya know, the people who write the show and the ones who actually control whether Finn and Rachel or Kurt and Blaine get back together?
