Deadline says that Vanessa Lengies has been cast in a pilot for ABC. I wonder if she's grown tired of the "you get to work only when we call you in, otherwise it's like you were never here" way the show treats the non-regulars like her.

And the only time I notice Unique is when he/she belts out a big brassy tune (which Alex does well, in fairness).

Rory, Joe, and Sugar all are/were completely useless wastes of space who contribute nothing to the show.

They're following in the proud tradition of Matt Rutherford.

is it just me, or is glee totally setting up season 5 to ditch the school, and follow everyone in college between NYC and LA?

it wouldn't shock me if they end up doing that... Send half the 1-3 class to NYC (most are already there), and the other to Los Angeles

no one cares about any of the underclassmen

Honestly, it kind of irks me Samuel Larsen is still on the show for reasons no one, including the writers, seem sure of, but they let people like Max Adler slip through their fingers, and only trot Mike O'Malley and Dot Jones out on special occasions.

lol None of those three have had it as bad as Matt did. That kid wasn't even allowed to speak. At least they get a throw-away line every now and then.

If they ditched McKinley, I suspect they'd base the show exclusively in NYC rather than cut back and forth with LA (who would we follow in LA?).

You have the writers to thank for that. They literally could not have made the newbies less interesting if they tried...

well truth be told... Santanna and Britt didn't speak much in the first 13.. and honestly.. Brittany was originally the break-out of the two. with her one-liners. Both then got bumped up (at the cost of Tina and Mercedes mind you)

it depends on who they sent to LA... i mean, we don't really know for SURE if rachel and finn or blaine and kurt get back together...

I could easily see one of them not, and try LA instead (along with Sam (and his impressions), Puck, Mercedes, and Artie and his directing....

While NYC consists of Kurt, Tina, Rachel, Santana

agrees. Naya and honestly Dianna are two of the actresses who will probably go on to much much better things after Glee... even though they can't write Quinn very well

Glee barely cares about Tina a part of a group. On her own, she will simply cease to exist.

They don't have anything interesting for her to do at McKinley, so coming up with some contrived excuse to transport her to NYC or wherever would only make it ten times worse and make her more superfluous than she's already been for most of two seasons.
