Glee Episode V: The Sylvester Strikes Back

Basically, Schloss. That's what I got too. Of course the Sam/Kurt fans are going off about nonsensical fantasies on tumblr.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and presume the promo is Finn totally misinterpreting things, and maybe even an in-joke about the rumors about Sam's sexuality.

HAHA! that's what I was thinking too.

I wouldn't put it past Murphy to totally troll the Kummers because he thinks it's funny.

I thought Lauren and Quinn had a nice moment at the end of this epsiode. I am now going to ship them as a couple. I'll call them Fabrises.

Way to be discreet while looking at Sam's ass, Karofsky.

All I kept thinking was what ass? :csad:

What ass Sam was meant to have immediately was transferred to his lips.

HAHAHA!!!

Well I guess we know which type of guy Karofsky likes now...

I liked how Santana's plot was selfish, yet selfless at the same time.

How I figured out I was as stupid as Brittany: I consistently misread the word "Lebanese" as "Lesbian". :csad:

Surprisingly good episode as I expected it to be terrible given it's named after Gaga's....less than original song and it began with a nose-job subplot (didn't they make a joke about that in the first three episodes?). But the episode was all around very funny and entertaining. I only thought Kurt's two songs in the last 30 minutes felt shoe-horned in, but otherwise it was an excellent episode and kept me entertained. Does Quinn once being unpopular and not-pretty make any sense given her arc of going from shallow cheerleader to knocked-up premature adult last season? No, but I don't focus on things like that.

The highlights were the duet Rachel and Quinn sang, the cheesy but appropriate song the Warblers sang and Santana's general conniving *****iness all episode. Bonus points for Brittany spelling Lesbian as Lebanese. That was a nice touch.

No Sue this week. :csad:

Your words cut me like glass. :csad:

Mwahahahahahahahahahaha!

It is kind of nice when we don't have to think about a subplot in the episode where she's trying to, and fails to, sabotage the Glee club.
It puts the focus on the kids and allows other plots to move forward.
It's odd that the better episodes of this season have not had her in them at all or she's stuck in the background, but she's regarded as the favorite character by many.

It's sad, but I actually kind of have to agree with you there. On one hand, I ****ing love her. On the other, the overall show may be better off without her.

You all know what this means....
SPINOFF!!!!!

:awesome::awesome::awesome::awesome::awesome:

The only spin-off I wanna see is Kurt and Rachel living with April Rhodes in NYC. :awesome:

Every now and then we'll cut to Finn and Quinn pumping gas back in Ohio.

Three's Company starring Puck, Santana and Brittany

Jacob Ben Isreal as Puck's ultra-horny best friend

Sue Sylvester as the wacky landlord

Infinite Emmys. Already won. :o

The idea that Ryan Murphy would dedicate an episode to entirely trolling all of maybe 200 people in the Glee fandom is ridiculously looney.

Good episode. The Lucy thing for Quinn felt incredibly random and out of nowhere and makes no sense with what was previously established for her, but whatever.

I find it disturbing that the true breakout character of the show, Sue Sylvester, can be so easily dispatched for an entire episode (90 minutes at that) and be reduced to a mere cameo in others. She's the entire reason this show can even compete in the the comedy category at the Emmys, and is the most reliably compelling character. I hate to say this, but the under-use of her character this season could impact her chances of another Emmy, sadly. :(

She doesn't need another one. Sophia Vergara deserved it then, and will deserve it again in September. :o

Why? Just so we can see her jump up and down when they call her name?

I think I can speak on behalf of all men, everywhere, in saying we definitely don't want to see that on television. :p
