He's shy. It's adorable.
Sounds like another J.D. and Turk....Does he call you chocolate bear![]()

Well, he's gonna have to actually admit his intentions before I say anything about my orientation. It's pretty obvious that as Andrea said he's never been with a guy before and he's in denial. However, I am not into the whole "Cat-N-Mouse" thing. He's used to pulling people over and telling them about themselves right? So he needs to use that same courage and be up front with me.
Dressing Room Hard-Ons are not gonna get it.![]()
Very.LOL Whatever.
All I know is if we got together it would be that there would always be a state-issued gun and badge on the bedside table.
Waitaminute, that's actually kinda hot.![]()
Pfft, I could only imagine what my first gf would've had to go through to get me to even hold hands. x.xAw, come on, give the guy a little bit of a break. He's scaredI'm sure it was difficult for you to come out to others that you may have been attracted to, at first (? or maybe not, but that just seems natural). You don't have to make out with him, but you could help the guy out a little bit lol. It sounds like he can barely admit his orientation to himself, much less you, without some sort of encouragement to do so. He all but blatantly screamed, "I'm turned on by you" in the dressing room, and he got no positive response from you. He's probably nervous as hell now, and embarrassed.

Think of that uniform.
Dude, this is almost like a romance novel.
Attractive buff firefighter meets attractive buff cop...
If it's anything like being a soldier, admitting as a cop he's interested in guys is probably one of the things he's most afraid of.
Perhaps.
However, I'm no longer a firefighter. So we're not in the same industry any more...not in the same circles. No one's gonna "out him" except himself.
He'd have nothing to fear from me.
Likely because he's terrified of what other cops he has to work with would say... or so it seems from what we've read.Correction: The cop in question is curious.
We don't know for sure if he's gay. Even though all signs are indicating that he's attracted to men (or at least to me), we are not sure if he's a practicing homosexual or just curious about me. He's not exactly waving a rainbow flag from the back of his police car bumper.

At the same time I haven't seen any evidence that he hasn't either...Exactly Hound.
At the most, dude is very closeted. In my opinion, a guy isn't classified "gay" or "homosexual" until he has actually had a sexual experience with someone of the same sex. Up until that point, he's simply curious and closeted.
At the same time I haven't seen any evidence that he hasn't either...
If he has, from what I've read about him, I'd assume he's likely to keep that very internalised unless he's sure he could trust someone with that kind of information.
He took you along to see what clothes you liked seeing him in.
How many people who you DON'T think of as potentially being more than friends have you felt inclined to text at 2AM (unless drunk off your arse - in which case most messages are utterly indecipherable anyway)?
If something's bothering me in the afternoon with someone like that I'll generally either leave it to morning or do it at the time.
That's right ladies... only the lucky girls gets the curious text message from Hound at absurd hours of the early morn...
