Keep in mind he is actually at the gym, he's gonna be pumped which would easily add an extra few inches.

Yeah I realized he's pumped in that photo. But he will ofcourse be pumped even in the movie for any scene that will be showing his arms.

I went into MOS concerned Cavill might be the weak link, I came away from the film thinking he was one of its strengths.

I think he was the strength of the film. The score was great too, but I can't think of a single thing that eclipsed Cavill.

I mean, he doesn't have any bald spots really, but these last few pictures of him as of late...I mean the side portions of his head look like they have more thicker hair present than the hair on top of his skull.

I feel like at times that if it gets any worse, he may have to do what CR did in Superman 3 and actually wear somewhat of a wig on top for his role as Superman in the next film.

Maybe the sides just need a trim?? Lol.

I really dont get the issues with his hair. Having to wear a wig for the next superman movie??? Are you serious?? The guy has plenty of hair. I can see he has receded somewhat around his temples compared to his early 20s but dont think it looks bad or obvious. Depending on how he styles it you sometimes notice and you sometimes don't. His hair looks fine in all the recent pics to me.

Also just because his hair has receded a little bit doesn't mean it will continue too. My dad started receding in his 20s but then his hairline has barely changed after about 35!! I've seen a picture of Cavills dad and brothers and they all had hair so don't think there's any major concerns that his genetics are gonna leave him bald any time soon!

The only thing wrong with his hair at the moment IMO is that it isn't black!

Cavill and Hans Zimmer score stood out for me after watching the film 15-20 times (in theaters). With the recent release of the 75th anniversary short, the moment i heard Zimmer's score w/ the likes of death of superman, stas, and kingdom come, and closing out with man of steel i knew it was something special, not only for MOS but for other major superman story arcs, etc.

And there lies the one hope for the those that want the trunks. Supes gets into a tussle that totals his suit. Martha, being the mother she is doesn't want her baby going out fighting evil not properly dressed. She makes a similar suit, adds the trunks. "Uh... Nice Ma. Really. But why the underwear on the outside?"

"Cuz the entire world is seeing the outline of your jim-jam, Clark."

I think it would be more fun if Lois made his new uniform with the trunks and explained it by saying "Clark, there are some parts of you that only I should get to see."

I have not watched any movie more than 10 times in my adult life. I think the most I've watched any movie is Abrams' Star Trek, which I've seen five or six times spread evenly between 2009 and 2013.

He might not have any bald spots, but his hair could be getting thinner on top. But in the Man From Uncle pics, he has a side parting which also flattens the top rather than having it more puffed up with volume like in MOS.

I envy your seeming inability to become bored with material you've grown accustomed to. In my experience, if or when I watch something too many times, the magic sort of fades.

If anything i felt more and more immersed in the story and look of the film each time. It was pretty spectacular in IMAX
