How old is socially acceptable for adult males to think a girl is hot

Girls that are younger are starting to look better. I remember being like 12 and girls were still wearing baggy stuff. Now I see 13-14 year old girls wearing like mini-skirts..its disturbing. I'm 17 btw..if that makes a difference.

It's true. With role models like britney spears, christina aguileira(****, I've spelt it right before), lindsay lohan, and paris hilton who are they took model themselves after? Hannah Montana? Even she rocks out the tight jeans and midriff revealing shirts from time to time.

In fact I can't think of a female mainstream/pop singer that doesn't dress in revealing clothes.

You guys remember when little girls used to wear dresses? Pffft....Man I thought the clown-chick from Big Comfy Couch was hot. It was like pron for 8 year olds. She was wearing baggy jeans, stupid socks and had a dumb wig on. You barely got to see the skin on her face let alone skin anywhere else.

Some 16 year olds are hot and mature for their age. But anything below that is pedophilia in any sense of the word.

I had a mad crush on the chick from the live action Alice In Wonderland, & she wore a dress.

5 years younger is the minimum. Older has no limit, IMO.

but surely if they were playing by the same rules you could only date those 5 years your senior.

We're not talking about dating, we're talking about thinking a girl is hot. If you're 18, you can think a 40 year old woman is hot. But when you're 18, you shouldn't think a 12 year old is hot.

I think clothes add to the imagination. With clothes you don't need any kind of sexy pose. Either it's atttractive or not...

so unrequited lust for elders then.

Carrie Underwood. She's about the only female celebrity I respect these days.

No. It's just more accepted for a guy to think a woman who is 10 years older than him is hot.

And for women, it's the reverse. A guy is never too young for them to consider hot. Though I think the limit is 18.

you can't say no to a sentence that can read as two opposite meanings.

At what age do females have fully developed breasts? Well...put me down for that age. :o :o :o

If a chick is under 18, I may see her and be like, she's cute. I ain't saying I want to jackhammer her or whatever. There's a difference.

Liar.

There's this girl at my job I was thinking about getting with, but I decided not to for a few reasons; one being that she's 19 and I'm 24. I mean, I just couldn't get pass the fact that she was still a teenager in my mind.

Worldwide Age Of Consent

So judging from this, and from the general consensus here, a lot of countries are filled with pedophiles.

It's an iffy subject... I see some people saying 16 is ok, but any younger and your a sick bastard... Can you see how that is somewhat flawed logic... What if the girl was 15 yesterday? It's all pretty arbitrary.

As far as human nature is concerned, I am pretty sure prehistoric peoples felt a girl was a woman as soon as she could conceive, so about 12 years old. Granted people lived to about 30 if they were lucky.

If you look at the sociobiology of it, then it probably would be considered quite normal to be attracted to a girl of fertile age.

In todays world, its rightfully unacceptable to pursue an attraction to a person considerably younger then us. Its a sign of a severe social defect. There is plenty of fish in the sea, so you shouldn't have to try to reel in some young girl that isn't sure of what she wants in such a complicated world.

So by definition most of Japan is pedophilliac...

Umm. Yeah :whatever:

To think someone is attractive? I'd now say 17+. Im 23.

I wouldn't go near someone that young though until they proved they weren't mind numbingly immature/shallow

I don't see what the big deal is, I'm 23 and my girlfriends 19 and we get along fine. She's at college I'm at University and there is no sense of taboo about the whole thing.

Hell there is a whole industry that makes its living off of 18 year olds getting it on with old men, now thats wrong... And it kind of weirds me out.... When I was 18, I didn't feel the girls my age were anywhere ready for something like porn... But a loving relationship?

what's changed is education. we have to spend more and more time in education because we have to get to a standard and knowledge where we can continue from the point society has got to in a particular area. and this takes alot of our time away from basic intraction and learning about each other we could get too much sooner otherwise. i'm of the impression that in the past people could be far more socially ready for relationships and child rearing far earlier.

Indeed. We learn how to be citizens, we learn how to be workers, we learn how to be employees, we learn a lot of things, but the teachings we receive aren't as richly social as older societies. Obviously we have social dynamics at work, but we learn more about how to make it as the individual then as part of the group.

What this has to do with attraction to young girls, I'm not sure.
