That was a good little teaser. Looking forward to more!

I always preferred to watch movies on the tv screen. Plus, my laptop screen is ****ed up.

If you're able to, you can hook an HDMI cable up to your TV and your laptop and it'll just play it on the TV once you get it on the right HDMI slot.

Teaser did very little for me.:csad:

Everyone is saying that they find this teaser hopeful but I don't. Seems far more melancholy and ominous to me. There's some huge juxtaposition going on. There's allusions that the film will deal with issues of failing agriculture due to the dust bowl and farmer grabbing dirt stock footage then we get some footage from the film with the fire burning a portion of the crops with someone still seemingly working on the field.

But all of this is happening behind MM speech which can be construed as inspirational. They help propagate that by then showing all our aerial/space faring accomplishments and the excitement that exploration and success brings to us. Only for it to quickly shift back to the fact that we've been slowing down dramatically when it comes to manned missions of space exploration.

Then back to film footage of MM tearing up as he drives away from this rural area only to end the trailer with those two people holding hands as this lonely ship goes out into space to seemingly find a solution I would assume to remedy our failing ability to grow anything.

The goal is positive and inspirational but the circumstances seem to be dire.

That is a pretty interesting interpretation. Have you read the script?

The film is about exploration which the teaser brought across wonderfully.

Neither Inception, The Dark Knight or The Dark Knight Rises teasers gave any indication to what they were about.
It look more like a documentary about agriculture and exploration than a movie

''Our destiny lies above us.''

i like that the last shot looks like a Spielberg shot.

Anyone else waiting for someone to cut the trailer with the Star Trek: Enterprise theme song?

What was up with the two trailers? Where did the other "action packed" one come from? Was it fake?

Oh wow, I just realized that trailer I saw yesterday was fan made. First time I ever got fooled by a fake trailer. Damn!

I love the bravado of the trailer.

"From Christopher Nolan"

"One Year From Now"

The way Interstellar appears on screen. That is some boss type stuff right there. Gave me that sensation that I want from a teaser. It invokes curiosity and awe in me.

Its a great teaser for one reason only...it teases my imagination.

The only thing was missing from that teaser is "CHRIS CHRIS NOLAN NOLAN!"
