I'm not sure. I thought I read somewhere that they confirmed that he gets the costume. But I might be totally wrong.

I remember finn saying there'd be one for defenders.

Okay found it; not direct confirmation but Comments left by Cox seems to indicate that DD and IF will be the only costumed defenders.

It was some offhand comments during a fan Q&A. Hardly count as confirmation. Cox probably hardly even knows for sure.

Thats why i said it wasn't direct confirmation, but it's more of an indication than anything else we've gotten.

But given the line up, they need iron fist to have some kind of costume so daredevil doesn't stick out like a sore thumb among 3 other regular looking joes.

They killed Ben Urich, for that I won't rule out this possibility.
But I don't want to see it happen.

Harold is probably definitely a goner, but if you read the NYCC footage description, it seems they're setting up Joy as the more sympathetic of the sibilings, and Ward as the *****ebag who bullied Danny during their childhood and still doesn't like him. I think it's more likely Ward gets killed off and Joy comes full circle and realizes Danny is a good guy.

That's honestly why I don't think she's making it. She's a character you could see turning good and then dying. On top of that, there seems to be a hint of a love triangle between her, Colleen Wing, and Danny Rand. Her dying solves the problem.

I can't say much more than that. I'm already excited and what I saw shows that this seems to be in line with the previous Netflix Marvel offerings in terms of general quality. Hopefully it too will have a distinct flavor but stand on it's own as well.

Sounds good to me! Though I bet the piles of fallen foes would groan and argue it was brutal enough.

Danny should have a different and more refined fighting style.

Matt grew up on the streets of Hell's Kitchen training at boxing gyms. He got a limited amount of training from Stick as a child. Stick quickly abandoned him remember?

Danny has spent his teenaged years and entire adult life in a hidden city doing nothing but training in martial arts.

I mean the brief footage we saw of it looked good enough. I hope they don't downlplay it for the series like Daredevil's radar sense.

The think the success of this show will be tied to how good the martial arts choreography. It really needs to be top-notch.
