James Bond In Skyfall - - - - - Part 14

The finale of Fleming's YOLT would be an ideal end point for Craig's Bond, and a good start point for a new Bond.

The thing is they kind of did a similar deal with the PROLOGUE of Skyfall. It would kind of be a retread.

They basically took the end of You Only Live Twice and all of his story arc from The Man with The Golden gun and used that to make Skyfall. Of course they changed some details and added the Mother-Silva-Bond thing and put it in a modern setting it but it was still a fairly great adaption.

Thank God for that. Nothing against Fassy but Craig is just too good to put out to pasture.

But eventually, Craig will begin to look old. Let's not let him become Roger Moore toward the end of his era. I think 3 more Craig films would be more than enough.

I remember being worried we weren't going to get a third Craig film, now that we have gotten one and it was so epic I think 3 more would perfect. Or just two even.

I've seen Skyfall a dozen times and just realized M drops the F'bomb!

First time I saw Skyfall I was somewhat underwhelmed. Then I felt like I should give it another chance. I'm really glad I did. That was definitely a great movie. I'm not sure it was as good as Casino Royale but it was very very close

I love Moonraker, but I have to agree that the Britain-based story would be too similar to Skyfall. Also, Bond and Mallory don't have the long working relationship necessary for the Blades plotline yet. Right now, I really want Logan to re-introduce a rebooted Blofeld based more closely on the literary version. A rough adaptation of the Blofled trilogy I think is the natural course to take with Craig's Bond for his final 2(or is it 3?) films. I would really like to see the next film take a bit more of a Fleming-esque travelogue approach as opposed to a jet set escapade across the globe like in recent films. It would be nice to have Bond's mission confined to a single country and to have that country explored in depth.

Haha, I've only seen the movie once, but when that happened it didn't click for a good three seconds, then I kind of looked at my friends either side of me as if to say '...Did...Did that just happen?' but nobody else reacted.

A bit like when you saw that girl's vagina in QoS (which I swear you did, it may not be in the DVD, but I know what I saw in the cinema...)

Every Bond film should have something in it than endangers the certificate.

No. She was only wearing flesh colored undies. Nevertheless, the choice of that specific color, and the shot lingering for miliseconds longer was no doubt designed to distract, I'm sure.

^Did you guys know that girl is Charlie Chaplains great grand daughter..?

It's a Shame Forster was able to hold a vaj shot for that long and yet he couldn't do the same for the majority of the action scenes.
