I'm hoping Goblin breaks Ratha's neck, Vader style.
No matter what, there will always be CGI in Spider-Man movies. Especially fight scenes, or with him swinging around. However, I think the CGI in TASM was really good, if not amazing. It was such an improvement from the Raimi films. So I'm not as worried about that aspect anymore.
Its funny with SM3, because the CGI was either amazing (like Sandman for instance), or absolutely terrible (Peter and Harry fight).
It looked a bit video gamish to me,some of the scenes. Those where the scenes which were complete CGI
The scenes which were like Half real with some part being CGI were literally amazing, like the whole school fight.I was surprised to find out that Garfield actually had himself thrown through a wall.He did practically everything himself
Spidey can't have the same kind of awesome "hand-to-hand" fights with Electro as with Doc Ock. Against Electro he'll mostly have to avoid all the electricity. Though all the lightning will look spectacular.
When I read what Jami Foxx said about Electro:

Not gonna lie; I had the same reaction.
I am fine if Spider-Man tries to make Max his "eyes and ears" on the streets of NYC, but Max now being this pushover, even to the extent of his parents forgetting his birthday or what have you...Electro is supposed to be this sad sap of a man before he gets his abilities? That won't make Electro even remotely interesting even with the powers, imo.
Except if Electro's obsession with Spidey becomes unhealthy, he can become really dangerous and creepy pretty quickly. There is no reason why this can't come off as creepy rather then laughable. Maybe Electro's idea of helping Spidey is frying criminals with his powers and Spidey freaks out. That seems more demented then funny and still fits in with the idea of Electro seeing Spidey as his friend. If Electro sees Spidey as his friend, those two will have a falling out eventually and then Electro will really be determined to make Spidey pay.
Ehh...Electro being Spider-Man's stalker doesn't get me hyped up. I am totally fine with Max being Spidey's "eyes and ears", but getting those powers and having an obsession over Spider-Man doesn't sound so interesting.
People had the same reaction when Heath Ledger was cast as the Joker. Same goes for Tom Hardy as Bane. It's too soon to determine how he will be as Electro. Not gonna lie; I had the same reaction.

It's all about the writing. The idea Foxx has put out, as we still don't know if it's definite, certainly has potential. If it's written well it could be fantastic.

I like the way you fry, boy.
I've always wanted Electro to look like Cole.
