The look or personality? I've seen pictures of Twisty, but haven't watched AHS.

For the first three episodes of Freak Show, they did a good job of portraying twisty as a scary clown. He's a man in a dirty clown costume, he has no mouth, and he likes to kidnap people and entertain them like a regular clown would only much more psychotic. In the fourth episode, his back story is revealed and you don't really feel scared of him, but you just feel sorry for him instead. Which I thought was weird for a horror show to have the most scariest thing in the beginning of the season be turned into the character that you feel sad for instead of terrified.
