Agreed. If the worst thing that can be said about Leto Joker's appearance is that he doesn't have a widow's peak, I can live with that.

The "True love" and "Sad" parts I'm not diggin. That's not the Joker, it's one thing to have an ego trip about Harley not wanting him. However this doesn't jive with the Joker's character. In fact the only time I think he's ever really shown a glimmer of the man buried deep inside was in (I hate to site such a cliche book) The Killing Joke towards the end with Batman. Aside from that he's damn near emotionless.

Trust me when I say you're literally the only person thinking of Miley Cyrus when you see Leto's Joker.

And I don't understand why.

You're forgetting about the time he was on his knees genuinely crying to Harley in the Joker graphic novel.

Joker emotionless? He's not a robot roaming the streets. He can be happy, disappointed, angry.

If you mean he has a lack of empathy, that doesn't mean he can't miss Harley.

It really depends on the writer, the story, the setting and the universe in regards to Joker's affection/true feelings to/for Harley.

If anything, I bet this Joker will feign sadness to get what he wants. It's more about control than love for him.

"That's not the Joker" has become synonymous with "That's not my preferred take on the Joker," it would seem.

This character has been reinterpreted and reinvented so many times that there is precedent for just about anything.

Ok well in my opinion the attachment shown for Harley is not what the Joker is. It goes against what he is altogether. Which is again why I've never been a fan of the character of Harley, it was cute for the Animated Series but it's just rediculous anywhere else.

And yes I'm well aware that he has emotions, anger ect but as far as loving type emotions.. No! I'm sorry that's just strange.

Also Hulk-1700, no I'm not the only one that sees Miley Cyrus. Look up "Jared Leto Joker Miley Cyrus" in Google images.. Others see it too.
