It just doesn't resemble the man himself to me, though. It would be a more effective design for one of his henchmen who had previously been one of his victims.

Speaking of nightmares...has anyone seen the Babadook? Some of the imagery was pretty chilling IMO. I mean the book itself was pretty freaky! Anyway...the reason I brought it up was because the character design reminded me of something kind of joker-ish...

Too extreme. Good for a slasher movie, but it's too much for Gotham. I there should be at least ~something~ likeable about him. Besides, this time he has a girlfriend.

don't get me wrong, I wouldn't want Joker to look like this at all. Just reminded of a Joker-like character. I'm actually pretty happy with Leto as Joker!

Jared's Joker reminds me a tad of that concept art, especially in my avatar.
The one thing I'm happy about is this Joker seems to be more gleefully crazy than Heath's Joker. More devilish and playful. Holding a gun to his head and laughing maniacally.
