Jared Leto IS The Joker - Part 7

Just a guess, but I think the video of the scene that was being shot of both Joker and Harley is Harley having a flashback of the time her and The Joker broke up. It looked cool from what I saw and I am looking forward to the film. The tattoos do not bother me at all. I think the Joker looked cool in that scene personally.

In spite of those atrocious tattoos, I felt like Leto's mannerisms totally screamed Joker.

Man those grills are ugly as hell. Nearly as bad as the tats. I saw him wearing some bling in some of the pics too. Bleh.

The more we see the worse he looks.

****ing hell. DC fans are ****ing stupid. **** it, I'm outta here.

When they look the "criticisms" of the most minute things from their "fans", I can't blame them.

:o

He does look A LOT better in action than on the photos. So does Harley.

I agree with you completely. His mannerisms seem to be accurate and true to the character from what I seen in the clip. I am sure he will give us a very good and modern interpretation of the character.

He looks like the Joker. I mean the real one. The tats bug me, but I can get over it. He looks like he'd just snap on your ass.

Actually, the grill really doesn't bother me in the picture above...

Just have to wait and see how it looks on film. :D

I was in the camp of "Keep the grills, but do away with everything else if you must." Glad they're staying.

Looking at that pic I don't know what's worse, the grills or the tattoos....

I could go for a grilled cheese sandwich right now.

You know, I don't mind it at all, and I have no doubt it'll look different once filters and whatnot are applied, but I'm still kind of surprised by how vibrant The Joker's hair is. I like it a lot.

On a slightly unrelated note: The Joker's teeth were either punched/kicked out, or got so rotten and disgusting that he had to get fake ones, but I think it's clear that he has them for reasons that have very little to do with fashion. Now that we've gotten that cleared up, can we please stop saying that he has a grill, which is something else entirely? :funny:

How's it going look different? Is it going to make those ugly tats and grills disappear? Nope. It will look like they did in the reveal pic. The same pic lots of people thought wouldn't be the look either because they thought the tats were just part of a 75th Joker anniversary stunt or something.

We're stuck with those lame tats and grills. No filters or 75th anniversary is going to save it.

Only hurdle for me is the "Damaged" tattoo. I'm sure I can get over it. And I accept the grills since I'm sure they're exist because Batman beat the crap out of him, same with the scars.

The rest of the tattoos don't bother me at all. Joker reinvents his look every so often. Plus I wonder if there's a story with them. And of course, the man's a psychopath.

Love the suit. I understand folks would prefer the traditional purple suit, but I dig the TDKR influence.

Glad they aren't going the permagrin route. That first photo shows Leto can give Joker a crazy grin on his own.

How's it going look different?

The same way Spider-Man's outfit's colors looked different from the set photos once footage from ASM was finally released.

There are probably literally thousands of other examples.

Is it going to make those ugly tats and grills disappear?

What do those things have to do with his hair?

Couple of points –
firstly a lot of Marvel fans posting their critisms - not DC fans
secondly it shows that DC fans have opinions where their beloved characters are concerned, instead of wearing the blinkers Marvel fans wear - where everything in their movies looks so perfect!
