BvS Jason Momoa is Aquaman! - Part 3

I Hope not. Aquaman needs to be distanced from all that silliness. Aquaman has had some of the darkest stories in the DC universe. The creatures of, the depths are obviously Peacecraftian and his current new 52 story has a pretty good, and somewhat dark, background set for him and Black Manta. It doesn't all have to be dark but I dont really want It to feel like a thor movie. I think it should come off as an epic. LOTR meets... i dont know but something awesome, maybe gladiator.

I've said it before, Game of Thrones underwater with a similar tone to Man of Steel, serious semi grounded tone that embraces the source material and the fantasy elements all while taking the material seriously and not playing it for laughs or anywhere near approaching the usual Marvel tone.

What did everyone think of The Losers? Sylvain White directed. I thought was a solid entertainer. Nothing amazing, but definitely not a bland flick, and some of the action reminded me of the Russo bros. I could see him directing another film based on a DC property.

If Warner Bros wants to really succeed with their new DCU they need to work on bringing actors who can carry films. But the risk is that Aquaman could just be more of the same from the studio.

I agree. Maybe not all the time, but perhaps greetings and exclamations could be in an atlantean language. It would be a plus for Momoa (if the rumors are true) as we all know he's the best at delivering made up languages.
