I would have no problem with this. But it has to be CRISP! Lex is a smooth mutha sucka. EVen if his hair was this short I'd dig it. Lex MUST have style. AND a little diamond stud wouldn't hurt either.

I think Damon would be great as Lex. I was championing him along with McConaughey before the Affleck announcement but now i think it's not gonna happen.

Any particular reason? If you see him in The Departed, The Bourne trilogy, etc he definitely gives off a slick, smart vibe. And he can definitely bring the intensity.

Basically, I'm done with seeing old fart Lex and teen Lex [The Donner and Singer movies and Smallville, et al] on screen and given that I see Luthor being depicted almost like an 'evil Bruce Wayne' I'd prefer to see him portrayed by an actor who has a bit of vitality to him.
