O I remember the days when X1 was shooting and the movie was moved up and everyone was talking it being rushed. Same with X2 and especially X3. Good sign that they have plenty of time between post and release.

Stand-in is for shots where the character is seen from the back or on quick shots or in far away shots where the actor is not available. They would probably be more alike in physical features with the actor at certain angles compared to the actors' stuntdoubles. Notice in X-men when Wolverine and Mystique have their fight in the Statue of Liberty? Rebecca's stunt double does not necessarily have the Romijn's model physique. Her stunt double is more...Rubenesque

They are all present xmen which allow those characters to be present in scenes when the actor can, for example they might have rogue speaking to Shaun, but we only see the back of ice mans head played by the stunt double....but that's interesting.

However don't get cudmores, I'm pretty sure he was there for the whole duration, plenty of tweets etc for his time there lol
