Yep, none of us should be taking rumors to heart. Older Batman isn't 100% legit until Warners/Snyder says so.
So I read on Batman on Film that he has some reliable sources that Batman is going to be an older more seasoned guy in his 40's. So looks like Hamm, Urban, Affleck, Caviezel, and others are back in the mix. Younger guys are out
If theyre making solo movies for sure, but we don't know if they will. They may not want to do that yet. Jett is saying the actor who will be chosen for this will be older and wont be doing solo movies. So maybe he does a couple of team-ups then they recast a younger actor for the solos, going back in time like 10 years prior, showing Bats in his prime.Agree to disagree but to buy a new actor as an established Batman is a little and to take, the new reboot Batman should be in the early years of his career.
I agree.High IQ yes but when he anticipates every single thing it just becomes boring. I guess it's how extreme it is. It annoyed me in the JL cartoons how he just knew everything and he made Superman look an idiot at times.

I dunno, man... Batman on Film was a bang-on, reliable source for news in 2004. By 2007 their credibility was becoming increasingly tenuous after a series of bad reports. By 2010 they were widely regarded as a joke. I fear referring to them for news scoops in 2013 is about on par with referring to a folded-up piece of paper you found lying on the sidewalk.
I remember being surprised by it when watching "Town". I say surprised because he always seemed to have a lot of presence in "Mad Men". Perhaps "Town" had a cast of giants?Scrawny? How is that?
Any of the three would be great, so I would have no complaints. My preference is still for Bentley, because he seems more interesting somehow.
Only if you knew the words on that piece of paper were written by an idiot.I dunno, man... Batman on Film was a bang-on, reliable source for news in 2004. It seems like ElMayimbe is thinking Bale is coming back but he is somebody who wants Jon Hamm for Batman too.
Jett thinks it's a reboot and theyre casting older actors in their 40s.
As I said before though he's said before he isn't interested in superhero films
Not quite. Here's what he said:
"My name has come up in a lot of superhero discussions. Its a tough thing, you know? Its a tough game to get into. I have mad, crazy respect for the people that can pull it off because its something that can be done poorly so easily. But, you know, its a big commitment and its probably something that, unless its the right thing, its probably not so much my jam.
