neat.. But I'd still like to see some henchman, lifted from the comics if at all possible... Cage's rogue's gallery is, by default, kind of C-list, but updated and revamped, could still be cool in a movie..

The good think Luke Cage has going for him is that he has a cinematic and dramatic origin. Alot of intresting stuff happens before he even gets his powers.

I would be surprised if we don't see the character in the upcoming SHIELD tv show. For-profit prisons experimenting on the incarcerated with variations on the super-soldier formula fits perfectly in a post-Avengers world. And if the character (and the actor playing him) gets some positive buzz, it could lead to a Heroes for Hire film or TV show.

Great idea and totally agree. I've been saying for a while that Cage will almost certainly show up in SHIELD. He is a character that really lends himself to what they seem to be going for with this show, smaller street-level stories. A great way to introduce a character that could show up in future TV/films.
