I was just on www.wizkidsgames.com and saw the previews for Criticall mass. There is a Terrax and Magik. They both look OK. They did spell Magiks' name wrong.

My wishlist for CriticalMass is mostly spiderman stuff. Carnage though I see him being a unique. Mysterio, he would be a must have for me! Lizard would rock! The rumors of Rhino are awesome. Venoms already has pics. As for other clix I would like to see, well a new nightcrawler because I can get the unique one. Make it w/o the sword, like a Xmen one. A jim lee storm. Banshee, Sunfire, Thunderbird, dark phenix (oooo man she could possible take superman) A angel and archangel are musts IMO. A Namor would be nice aswell.

Clobberin' Time has sold out!! That's right, WixKids isn't shipping them anymore, so grab up what Boosters are remaining and fast! 'Cause once they're gone, they're gone.

I grabbed four today, mostly duplicates, but got Veteran Hawkeye, Rookie AIM Medic... and NICK FURY. And then later traded an LE Hulk (I had ordered 2) for Enchantress, and a Vet Shadowcat for Experienced Hawkeye. Gotta get 'em and get 'em fast, 'cause they won't be here much longer.

When purchasing figures with higher stats (Veteran, Experienced, etc) how much more do they usually cost than the regualar Heroclix?

Also, are the stats for Veteran level characters the highest?

Rookies will generally cost less than Veterans, but that also depends on the piece. For example, a Rookie Dr. Doom will be more valuable than a Veteran SHIELD Agent. So on and soforth. Veteran is always the most powerful version of a character, or at least the most expensive. For example, Experienced White Queen (which has Mind Control, Psychic Blast, Super Senses, Leadership, and Outwit and a range of 8 squares) is arguably more powerful than her Veteran version (which has Invulnerability, Outwit, Leadership, and X-Men affiliation and no range at all), but she'll take up more points on your team.

And Uniques are always more valuable than R,E,V characters. But some Uniques are more expensive than others. For example, Vision is demanding 25 dollars or more on the second-hand market, while Nightcrawler carries a whopping 70 dollar price tag.

I grabbed some more yesterday, got Six-Arm Spider-Man. I now have all six versions of Spidey thus released.

Thanks for the info, Cyke. One last thing -- are Uniques ever more powerful than Veterans, or just more rare?

Depends. Unique Cyclops and Captain America, for example, represent pre-rookie versions of the characters, while Professor Xavier and Elektra are more powerful than their Veterans.

And then there are characters like Thanos, Sauron, Apocalypse, Super Skrull, etc. who ONLY show up in Unique versions.

I just bought 5 booster packs of Critical Mass and got like 6 Elektra's (all V).

First off, we didn't need another Elektra.

Yeah, saw the stats on Elektra. Not bad, but right, we don't need any more. I think she's in Marvel's contract along with Spider-Man, Hulk, and Wolverine that they have to be in every assortment like Batman and Superman have to be in every DC assortment.

Though... I really really really want Hulk (with a ranged attack and Spider-Man team ability, it doesn't get much better), Silver Surfer, and Dormammu... my store didn't have any boosters in today, I'll have to try elsewhere later this week.

I had to bow of the Clix Collecting. I dont buy them I only collected them. But now it is all beginning to cost too much. I will still pick up the singles that I really like.

Hey i just got a starter and gotta say this stuff is great. My next trip to the comic shop should yeild at least 3 boosters. I hate to be the newb on the board but, im totaly diggin this stuff.
