MvC3 is a new game. Done from scratch. It features 3D models instead of 2D Sprites. No characters are just copied and pasted from other games. So what the f**k?

It's really not worth complaining over. They could have done a Megaman here and put in Venom and Goblin with no Spiderman. For the longest time people were b-tching about whether Spidey would even be in it, literally asking everyday for him and getting nervous when Capcom wasnt revealing him. Just be glad that he is here as he really is the main and only person that's needed to represent his franchise. Everyone else is just extra

IA. MvC2 was really just throwing everyone in that had ever appeared in a Marvel game. There were a ton of redundant characters and clones in the lineup as well as jokes. If you sift through that, the 56 characters drops down

Yeah, but that's because they copied/pasted all the characters from the previous Marvel/Capcom fighting games. Only 9 out of the 56 characters were actually new. This time all the characters are made from scratch. That's actually more work than copying/pasting.

If MVC2 were to take out all the clones and completely unknown characters it would have about the same size roster as MVC3.

Super Skrull is important because he's repping the powers of the Fantastic Four, instead of wasting 4 slots on featuring them as a unit, when you can't even do that in a 3 on 3 fighting game.

and Id rather have Ms. Marvel over characters like MODOK and Sentinel, but what can you do? The game has 36 characters. While not everyone will like every character featured, it has more than enough diverse choices, that I think it should be satisfactory enough.

Thats ironic bc didnt they just kill one of them off in the books? LOL. I didnt read the story but I was aware of the Three arc that they've been promoting in Marvel's other books

I am too but upset with the lack of Invisible Woman moves. It seems they primarily created him as a Human Torch character with the other 3 taking a backseat in his moveset (Sue being the least prominent)
