Does not change this, but the combat portion of the DLC is pretty cool, and has the feeling of the suicide mission where your entire squad is fighting alongside you rather than leaving you off by yourself.

and the fact that you don't get to interact with former party members outside of Holo terminals?
YES. This is the most character-centric DLC they've done. 3/4 of it is just giving this crew the best sendoff possible. No one feels neglected, put in the background, or under-utilized. It's a very nice especially if you had a ME2 love interest, as they get their own unique time here.
Mostly the DLC is just about sending your guys on one last adventure and being as entertaining as possible. It's really enjoyable, irreverent, and a breath of fresh air from the doom and gloom of the single player. Very replayable and definitely the sendoff this series deserves.

For those who have played, when you meet up with your first squadmate after the [BLACKOUT]CAT6 attack, is it your LI that arrives first? I thought it was just Liara and Wrex (I romanced Miranda), but I was watching another walkthrough and Kaidan shows up first. That's pretty cool if true.[/BLACKOUT]
