i dont have any heavy weapons yet :( i really hope the blackhole gun is back

Yeah he does,it may sound cheesy in the trailer But when it happens in the game with the music in the background and stuff going on in the scene..It makes it emotionally amazing!!

In all three games I was always nice to Garrus,I had a best-buddies moment with him in the Citadel earlier before that stuff and so when he says it..I wanted a hug!!

I cried when he said that [BLACKOUT] realizing it was the last time Shepard was going to talk with Garrus. [/BLACKOUT]

i loved it in the trailer, with the music and shepard jumping over a wall. awesome:up:

I'm really depressed that this is the last game Shepard will be in (according to the developers). After spending probably over 100 hours playing as Shepard I was really attached to him, Garrus, Wrex, Ashley, and everyone else. I can't imagine I'll ever cry multiple times in a game again. I almost feel like I'll never really have the closure I want with this series though. I wish they would have went a different direction. I hated the whole kid being the Catalyst crap.

Honestly, if the KEEPERS had come out and played the speaking role of the Catalyst I would have loved the ending a whole lot more.

When the beam hit me&everyone around me and then woke up..First thing I thought was about Garrus, then Anderson said"OMG,everyone is gone"I felt like pulling a Darth Vader"Noooooo"moment!!

I thought you had to play the MP in order to get the war map at 100% ready before you attack?

does garrus actually say the whole quote from the launch trailer? (You were born to do this blah blah)

[BLACKOUT]Yeah. At the end.

Breaks rank to give you an order.

Edit: Wow I was slow to answer that.[/BLACKOUT]

Nah, it just means any war assets you have are only at 50% usefulness. The assets bar is half green and half gray if you never touch multiplayer. It's possible to get it all green without playing MP but you have to do a lot of side quests.

spiderbob u may want to spoiler tag that

One thing about this game that is annoying the **** out of me is that you cannot walk a step in the Citadel without getting one of those annoying scan and fetch missions forced into your journal. You should at least be able to accept or decline them. My journal has at least 10 and most of them are for planets I can't even get to yet.

I wish they were at least seperated into Assignments and Missions.

Me too! It would make the journal so much easier to navigate. They did it in past games, why not this one?

I think they aren't separated as to give them all a feel of urgency and necessity (though the main story is marked priority). As tedious or frustrating as they may be, better endings are dependent upon their completion, where as in the previous games, not so much (ME 1 in particular, and you could get away with not doing a few in 2 and still have everyone live).

From what I hear, the side missions would be available throughout the whole game, and if you do too many priority missions in a row, you miss out on the war assests.
So maybe it's a constant reminder to go find that random artifact for that random Volus or the galaxy is screwed.

That'd be my guess, anyway.

Though it did confuse me at first when they tell you to go to planets that aren't readily available. Went back to many Reaper infested systems searching thinking I'd missed them before I shrugged and went on.

And maybe that will be fixed in a patch or DLC. $10 for a clearer quest journal.

What surprised me was that [BLACKOUT]Conrad Verner contributed War Assests. I a bought double taked on that one. [/BLACKOUT]

In regards to my ending...

It's like a two second clip of Shepard chest in the rubble.. It suddenly goes up and starts breathing again.

I assume DLC could start there.. If you didn't get that ending it may still be canon if they want it to be.. Much like Halo 3 and it's Legendary ending. I still have buddies that seriously had no clue that MC was still alive until recently.

That's my only major problem with this game's design; mashing the journal and codex together was a stupid decision. I wouldn't mind it but you can't even expand each quest to get more info. I missed out entirely on Kasumi's quest coz I didn't know what the hell I was supposed to do. I've adjusted to it but damn, that was a hell of a learning curve.

I would hope the Halo 4 announcement would help tip them off.

In regards to your ending [BLACKOUT]I'm curious as to where you are. The Citadel kinda went 'boom', and unless the Catalyst or Keepers port you back to Earth, the only way to back is via re-entering Earth's atmosphere. I know Shepard's good, but in that state, that's kinda stretching it. Not to mention the condition of your suit.[/BLACKOUT]
