Yep, it is. What Halcohol said. Except its a little more complicated, he had turned blue (through self-experiments) after he left the original team (about 10 years our time before the Mutant Massacre). Then when they formed X-factor he was temporarily reverted back. He goes back to blue in X-factor 30 around there.chaseter said:That is not Beast???
FieryBalrog said:yep! Sucks how Candy is such a biatch, breaking up with him just because he's hugging Jean as a friend, given all the grief with Scott.
And soon to be big BEAR feetWorthyStevens4 said:Yup, it is. Hence the big, bare feet.![]()

Thats the original Beast look, though. Its how he was for about 10 years.

Well the Days storyline is often considered the last stand of the X-Men. The Major players are Wolverine, Storm, Phoenix, Magneto, Colossus and Kitty just like in Days (plus others). We may (or may not) have the introduction of the Sentinels and of course Trask. Also there is a political element in this movie that is prevelant in the Days storyline. Simply that the President is taking steps which seem to point towards more control and restrictions being placed on Mutants.WorthyStevens4 said:Hmmm... like what?
Rachel Summers is the Phoenix III (Phoenix I is Baron Zemo)...no she was not the Phoenix then, but she is representitive of Jean....FieryBalrog said:Phoenix isn't a major player in Days of Future Past
In fact she's not even in it, it takes place 4 issues after her death on the moon... Kitty and Logan are the two main characters. Rachel is a big character too.
Ah, I guess you mean Rachel as Phoenix II?
Since there was no Excaliber tie in...no Phoenix was involved. Jean was involved in Mutant Massacre allong with the rest of X-Factor. However at that time not only was she NOT Phoenix, but it had been established that the Phoenix was an entirely separate entity who only took Jean's form during the Dark Phoenix/Phoenix Saga.chaseter said:Which Phoenix was involved during the mutant massacre?

Sabretooth, Marauders (under Sinister)...Gambit was NOT involved, that was retconned (so he could be involved but he only found where the Morlocks were hiding, that was all). Magneto was not involved except as a member of the X-Men. Sentinels were not involved, they were decomissioned at the time. A guy named Bezerker was somewhat important. Masque had a sizable role for a morlock. Caliban played a good sized part. Thor was a MAJOR player.chaseter said:Who else besides Gambit and Sinister do we need to establish the mutant massacre thoroughly?
Yeah but was not the soul and personality established when she was a schizophrenic, that happened after Massacre.FieryBalrog said:correction, even during the original retcon it was established that it merged with her soul and personality, thats what stopped it on the moon.
but yeah, I really hated that retcon. Thankfully things have changed.
