@IanMcKellen
well done Wolverine: love Eric

:awesome:

haha thats nice of ian i love it when actors continue to stay in contact with each other

For some reason, the official title of the movie at the Danish press-website for Fox is "The Wolverine: Immortal"

:huh::huh::huh:

interesting
that does seemingly relate to the theme of the film, but it would be surprising if the movie had a subtitle in just one market

What are they thinking with the lack of advertising for this film? It's coming out soon and there's hardly been anything.

Give me a trailer or a teaser -- something, please!

It doesn't come out for another 6 months. We've gotten two teaser posters, a live chat from the set, some promo photos, and we're expecting a teaser next month.

Relax.

Yeah, I keep forgetting this a July release and not May. If this were a May release, there would be trailer by now.

Don't worry, the movie will leak online in about 5 months and we'll all get a taste of the Wolverine. :oldrazz:

that would be irony, but total justice if its actually amazing and people rave about it. Then we can really compare and contrast the word of mouth scenarios of having a good movie leak and a bad.

I don't think thats going to happen again and if it does, it would suck.

What I hated about watching Origins: Wolverine in theatre was it was so similar to the leak version.

Ugh even thinking about Origins is like remembering a bad hangover.

Then don't watch the leaked version. :oldrazz:

I tried not to. FOX also told us that the final version of the film is going to be different and so much better to the leaked version but no.

Overlooking the whole piracy or controversy of the leaked XO: Wolverine to the public...

I honestly was fascinated by the leaked version. I had never seen films in that incomplete state before and found it very educational. I still have a copy of it because for someone who loves movies, you start appreciating or admiring the work that goes into making a movie. Origins was still bad in my opinion, but still. :up:

James Mangold Talks Wolverine

On the Japanese influence.

"I think there is a lot of ways that Japanese film, Japanese fighting, Japanese martial arts have had an effect on this movie. And certainly the movie is dripping with Japanese tradition both cinematically, fighting-wise and philosophically as well."
On Logan's new look and separation from the previous movies.
"We've given Logan a new haircut, a shorter haircut that I think is a more handsome haircut. The wonderful opportunity for me with this film is that 90 percent of it takes place in Japan, and even though other elements remain constant from the other pictures, namely Hugh Jackman, we kind of got our chance to reboot the tone and go a little darker and a little deeper than they've gone before with this character. That was exciting for me."
On a potential rating, the violence, and a "pissed off" Wolverine
"The whole point is not about violence or rating; it's about intensity. I wanted to make a film that in a way captures the intensity of his character. One of the things that has always been a feature of Wolverine in the comics is that he has a berserker rage, that he has anger and some of his abilities are driven by something more primal. Honestly, to get really pissed off — not cute pissed off, not quippy pissed off, not funny pissed off or cigar-chomping pissed off, just pissed off — that can then help drive the fighting, drive the combat."

Oh man.This Is all great.

Truthfully the hair cut remind some of 1970's WOlverine.

Full Bersker fury on Screen? I am so there.

It will be Intresting to see what the 10 percent of film outside Japan Is.

This Is my most anticapted film of year.Only second hobbit film comes close.

I'm really dying for a trailer now. Hopefully not too much longer.

My bet Is It will be with Live free or die hard.It's defently coming In February.
