Yeah, I can see why you'd like "Batman Forever". They had an inferior Batman. They had an inferior director. They abandoned the successful tone of the previous films. They started a downward spiral which would ultimately kill the franchise for close to a decade. But ROBIN IS IN IT YAAAAAAAY COOL FANGASM!

It seems like you'd be happy with more of the same now.
Your lame opinion, definitley didnt affect the box office! EVEN JETT FROM BOF THOUGHT FOREVER WAS BETTER THAN RETURNS! you need to get out more dude!lol

I look forward to you vanishing for another couple of years when Robin is again confirmed to not be in the movie.

Yep. And we'll go thru all this again, just like we did after Begins.

Freddie: "Robin will be in the sequal. All the fans want him. You are in the minority!!!! Wait and see. The Narrows kid has met Batman. Batman gave him a gadget. He's going to be Robin!!!!!!!"

I wonder if there will be a little kid will be in TDK that Freddie will be able to label Robin this time. Maybe they can bring the Narrows kid back again for a cameo :oldrazz:

Guys, I recommend you just ignore him. You don't argue with people like him; they drag you down to their level and beat you with experiance.

On topic, however, I am of the opinion that unless Nolan has an idea for a story involving the character, and is comfortable writing and directing the actor who gets the part, then he shouldn't do it. It's as simple as that.

Would I like to see him? Sure. But not at the expense of a good movie. If Catwoman/Selina Kyle works better in the current movie continuity, then so be it (though she'll have a tough time beating Michelle Pfieffer's Meow :D)

wellsy the writesr dont wanna put catwoman! they said so(unfortanetly) in an interview!

wow...big deal...when did JETT become a huge critic?
thats just your opinion if you like forever...i thought it was a waste of time...returns was way more enjoyable IMO...

thats just YOUR opinion that U like Returns FOREVER was widely accepted at the box office and by fans it was a cooler film! denial aint just a river in egypt.:whatever:

I think saying Robin does not fit into Nolan's world is bunch of ******** and with certain changes you can create a very modern and bad-ass Robin (Tim Drake)
Now whether he appears in subsequent movies is to be debated
Nolan may never put Robin in his movies but that doesn't mean he will never again appear on film.

Totaly agree with you robin should be put, in and i lke Tim drake, But Grayson is the Original and iconic Robin, he has to Come first! just make grayson a little bit more badass.

and your not so much of a smart guy, your an arrogant toss, that tries to twist everything to your own way, there will be a robin in the films, and now that DC will have more control of theire charcters and content ala marvel! what a fool youll look like when robin shows up in nolan's films! too bad so sad payaso:whatever:

I already have admitted it's entirely possible that Robin will be there. Just not in Nolan's watch. As soon as he goes away and the franchise decays Robin will appear.

RobinWB you are going too far, stop ****ing typing spoiler stuff you fool.

I didn't read the post above, looked away as soon as I saw SPOILERS. But you can't post spoilers in here. Save them for the Spoiler board. If you have to use spoilers, post them in a spoiler tag.

And Freddie mercifully gets banned again.

How long before someone new joins the site with a name like "RobinIsDaBest" or "NolanAddRobin"?

well just saying to prove to you Hell NEED ROBIN IN THE NEXT FILM!

I don't need proving, I believe Nolan's mouth.

Next time, if you gonna post TDK stuff make sure you use spoiler tags.

Why nobody told me he was Freddie???? :cmad:

All the constant whining from him about Robin not being in the movies, the illogical excuses that he will be in the next one didn't tip you off, Payaso? ;)

The funny thing was him finding loopholes in Nolan's comments where no means yes, while in the same breath saying "Duh, Catwoman won't be in the next film, don't you read what the writers say? :whatever:"

Hmm...
Hey, lets pretend Catwoman is in the next movie. Would you be interested to see any cheeky scenes between Cats and Bats or should they keep THAT relationaship stricly professional?

Also, I wonder how many of you know that she is the ONLY rogue who plays hero once in a while so I think that would be interesting to see and how Batman lets her go just because see poses absolutely no serious threat (On Joker level atleast) to Gotham

The way nolan should do it is at the end of the third film bruce adopts dick grayson, then for the forth film they do the dark victory storyline, never have dick dress up as robin, and at the end bruce tells dick that he'll only train him but nothing more, then in the 5th film have dick at boarding school, or at a military academy, nolan could then do a spinoff where dick grayson has finished college and is living in chicago or la, and is a stock broker or insurance agent, and defends the city as knight wing

The interesting thing is, Nolan says he's not interested in Robin, yet I believe a Teen Titans film - which is supposed to feature Robin - is currently in pre-production. So we could end up in a situation where Robin's on-screen return doesn't happen in a Batman movie.

Ideal scenario.
