How does this chant fit in with the movie? If this is the Gotham public then why are they chanting in "Moroccan" or whatever language people are saying it is? Or maybe it could be RAG's team of mercenaries? If so why does Hans need millions of voices?

It's clearly not english. I'm so confused.

i think the chant is for Bane. maybe from his team or from the prison.

it could also be that Zimmer created this chant only for the soundtrack for Bane' theme. that would be cool
