he wrotte that they speed it up to 25. and then i asked if 24 isnt normal.

so i thought my post was clear that the change from 24-25 is small. it can not look a lot faster. but again not a big problem. i respect Nolan for using actors on real vehicles on a real street. even if it look slow.

They did something with a dumpster behind the church, it was not on the days shooting list so I don't know who was involved. They made it very difficult to see anything on Saturday.

If anyone can ID the guy at 2:40 in the suit and baseball cap holding an iPAD please post.

Great video! I'm gonna post up the rest of my leftover footage today too.

Very nice!

Also, a belated thanks to all the Pittsburgh Ninjas(Subaru, Yurka, Alien, Dragon, Rayne) for their awesome work during the weeks of filming there. You guys are truly worthy of the title Ninja and we really appreciate all your work!

Batman would be proud. :batman:

So how much of the film do you suppose they've shot? I was under the impression that the majority of filming would take place in Pittsburgh. Is that the case? It seems like a lot of the exterior stuff could be only two or three action sequences. Was there a good portion of interior stuff that the ninjas were unable to capture?

No, no interiors here except for the inside of the Carnegie Institute just before the Batpod comes out.

and i believe early on in Pitt they also had a interior scene with Tate/Blake and maybe Gordon at a judge's house

The Pittsburgh shoot wasn't that long. It was barely a month (July 28 - Aug 21). It seems to have focused on two key scenes - the prison breakout/riot and the Tumblers/Catpod/Batwing chase scene with some small GCPD/Orphanage/Blake/Gordon/Tate scenes and the Heinz Field scene.

The London shoot was definitely longer (2nd week of May - mid July) and so is the upcoming LA shoot (Aug 26 - Oct 22).

So I'm assuming the NY/NJ shoots will be during the last month of production (Oct - Nov)?

Thanks again to all the ninjas for your passion and your efforts

And here is my last Batman video! But, to all of my batman subscribers, I will actually be having some more batman-related cars coming up in future videos! [YT]oHTMxq0X_Dg[/YT]

They've been shooting since May. It's about the halfway point. Production wraps up in November. Alot of that early shooting was interior stuff. We shouldn't be so quick to presume what's been shot. They've filmed alot more than we know about. For instance that scene with Batman and Bane at the end of the teaser. Who knew that confrontation was shot? :woot:

Yeah, I agree. We're pretty much in the dark on what was shot in London except for some vague info here and there. We're definitely clueless on what happened in India as well. If we didn't see that one pic of Bruce climbing out of the window, we probably would still be debating what on earth is happening in that Gordon hospital scene in the teaser and who the heck he's talking to (even if it's clearly Bale's voice). And then that clip of Bane climbing out of the well and Bruce doing push-ups in what looks like a prison cell. We didn't know any of that just based on the set reports we got from London.

Lots of surprises are still coming our way! :D

Definitely! :woot:

So I thought they where going to use the scheduled demolition of some domed sports arena? Are they not doing that after all? Or are they just going to have second unit shoot such when the time comes?

That was a rumor. And Nolan doesn't film with a 2nd Unit.

I think they were not allowed to blow it up so they ended up using Heinz Field instead.
