I'm surprised that they haven't shot any rooftop scenes yet. At least none that we know of. I will be shocked if we don't see Batman brooding on top of some stunning building in TDKR.

Don't want to sway off topic but I just want to mention how the moment with Caesar helping the father with the fork still sticks out to me. Loved the expression in his face, the expression of concern/worry.
