The art looks fine to me. It almost looks painted which is kinda cool. :D

Kinda reminds me of an Alex Ross imitation.

I met Olivetti once ina comic book store.. he is ugly and has a beard :D and he is very short and dresses like a hippie :p

Wow, what a worthless and unintelligent post. :whatever:

I mean, I'm sorry, but is there some inherent worth in the appearance of a person?

not really, but I am drunk so unintelligent posts is all I can do now :D

And I just wanted to state that I know who he is and we live in the same city :D

Cable & Deadpool #50 will arrive in stores on Feb. 20 from Marvel Comics. The issue is written by Reilly Brown and Fabian Nicieza, with art by Brown and a cover by Skottie Young.

Here's how Marvel describes the issue:

" Alien symbiotes plus dinosaurs equals what? A threat unlike anything you've ever seen! The dreaded Venom Symbiote has multiplied, and made some new friends of the prehistoric variety, giving the Merc with a Mouth his final opportunity to prove himself the ultimate hero -- or the ultimate villain! Guest staring Spider-Man! The Fantastic Four! The Mighty Avengers! And of course, those lovable goons from Agency X!"

Cable & Deadpool #50 will be 48 pages and will cost $3.99

Man am I glad this is coming out in a trade. I had doubts they were just going to forget the trade idea because this was the last bit.

Deadpool Vs. The Marvel Universe April 2008

Oh for you Deadpool fans, did anyone hear about the Deadpool Classics trade being released? Collects Circle Chase 1-4, Deadpool 1-4, New Mutants 98, and Deadpool (1997) 1.

Really? Well, I suppose I can collect them in TPB form, too. Now just gimme trades of the Deadpool series, then I'll be happy.

Ditto. I got those issues from this classics trade, I just need the Deadpool series.

Alex better lose the weight in this issue. Him being fat was funny for like 2 issues

I do. I thought he was fun in his own series.

All too true. His 12 issue series was pretty good. Not an exciting middle, but a great beginning and end. He doesn't deserve to be that fat.:csad:

CABLE #3
Written by DUANE SWIERCZYNSKI
Pencils & Cover by ARIEL OLIVETTI
Variant Cover by JOHN ROMITA JR.
Your name is Nathan Summers. You’ve just met a nice Jersey girl. She’s blonde, soft-spoken, and she doesn’t mind the fact that you have a kid…or a bullet in your chest…or a big scary guy with a robot arm that wants to kill you. But you can’t stay here. The future of mutantkind is resting on your shoulders and the longer you stick around, playing house, the bigger the risk. Especially when an old friend comes blasting out of the past...
32 PGS./Rated T+ …$2.99

that baby has red hair and green eyes and will be a midget..no way Cable is that huge

I am so excited to go pick up my copy of issue 50.
And yet, sad at the same time...
I'm so confused...

At least all the old issues are coming out in trade (thank you God for a glorious week for us Deadpool fans)
I won't have to keep opening all my books and bags to read them now.

I just got 50 today, but heck, I think I still have to read from 47 on. I've had no time to read comics lately, and the "need to read" stack is going to keep growing. And I'm building my collection up a little more, and adding DDP's G.I. Joe: America's Elite entire run into it. :D

I did, however, set the Skottie Young artwork of 50 as my desktop, and on my new laptop it looks freaking incredible.

Agent X and Taskmaster are easily my 2 fav street level weaponry-type characters

Olivetti draws the most ridiculous muscles.

No love for Tasky? To each their own. I thought he had potential and written in a Deadpool book he's quite good (excluding his last appearence).

As for Alex. I just think it's poor treatment. I understand the clone jibes, but re-reading Agent X now that I know all the ins and outs, he's got a good back story and personality outside of Deadpool. Sadly that's not been played on since Agent X ended.

Speaking of supporting cast. Outlaw needs more recognition. It was cool seeing her in X-men briefly but it would be cool to see her character get more development.
