I always thought Marsters faked a pretty good British accent for Spike, actually...

I dig the character and the actor but his accent sounded a bit forced to me

I thought it sounded a bit better in Torchwood when he played John Hart

Maybe its just me :oldrazz:

And that Black Canary will have to sacrifice herself to seal a rift between dimensions

And she'll come back and start sexing it up with vampires with bad british accents :csad:

Wouldn't be too different for her. She married a character draining vampire.

Sucked her very soul out!

Even then. I figured he was just faking an American Accent.

Luckily DC have put a stake through the heart of the Green Arrow and Black Canary marriage

Justice League: Doom trailer! Bane's design is abit weird, but everything looks nice and sharp, liking how Vandal Savage focused the trailer seems to be showing the threath he poses and i'm glad they also seem to use Batman's weakness againts him, but a darn shame if they end up just having green kryptonite againts Superman, c'mon use the one from Tower of Babel instead.

They seem to be deviating A LOT from the original story by Waid. Which I think is a shame. still, i'll probably give this a watch. The animation looks pretty good.

Wow, I forgot for a second that JL's first arc takes place in the Wayback Machine too. I was a little worried that Superman might not grow out of being a colossal dick after all. But it's still early days for him there, so it's fine.

Johns better not be foreshadowing Barry revealing his identity in that first page, though. Dude's already stolen Wally's costume elements; he doesn't need to steal Wally's public ID schtick too.

for an artist who's always getting credit for being so detailed...Lee left off half of Barry's face in that first page. it looks horrible.

The man's working on a deadline for the first time since the late '90s. Cut him some slack. ;)

I refuse to cut slack! :cmad:

If I'm paying 4 bucks for this book, everybody had better have a full damn face.

In all seriousness, I think that was more the colorist's bad. It looks like Lee meant for that half of Barry's face to be shrouded in shadow there. You know how he loves to do that. It's all over "Hush" and "For Tomorrow."

yeah, I noticed the creepy coloring that makes him look like an army man that had been melted under a magnifying glass. But still. I don't know where that shadow could be coming from, since Barry is in a well-lit police station/crime lab.

They don't know in Flash #1 that's 5 years later.

Of course he coulda ran back in time and undid that too. :o

Barry's identity is still a secret in the Flash which is set in the present.

I know, but characters are overlapping in all of them and it gets confusing to my brain. :csad:

Y'know, with their goal being to have non-confusing, new-reader friendly comics...basing multiple titles in the past kinda screws that up a bit. :o
