I'm okay without Phantasm in the comics. There are already too many "great loves" in Bruce's life. Talia, Catwoman, Jezebel Jet, Vicki Vale, blah, blah, blah. There'd be nothing to set Andrea apart in the comics.

I would dig seeing Andrea show up in the dcu

A character who looked like Phantasm showed up during the Arkham riot in issue one of The Dark Knight but i dont know if it was meant to be her

Oh no, I liked it. Its just missing that "umph" that could make it my favorite.

Obviously, the animation, score, acting, and even story were great. Just not as great as TDK, Batman, or maybe even Under the Red Hood.

I'm not sure if I like it more than Phantasm but its a great live action Batman movie

She makes those ridiculous shoulder pads from Jim Lee's 'redesign' look really pronounced too. At least Lee made it easy to ignore them as more of those meaningless extra lines he throws on everything.

Cyborg really IMO hasn't done anything to make me think he deserves to be apart of the Justice League and second during this reboot they should have changed his look to make him look at least some what human. Kind of like how Alex Ross did for him in Kingdom Come.
