He had CLONES (created by HYDRA) of his family killed (either that or he's a son of a b**** who actually got rid of his wife and three kids), and we didn't see him get shot in the head, and SHIELD can't find his body. I figure he just put on a show with a fake Cap for Fury's secret cameras.

Not really, since we know that the traitor is working for "some friends of mine", as Loki stated, those friends being most probably HYDRA. And I seriously doubt that Hawkeye would have agreed to his wife and three kids being killed, so I'm guessing they were probably clones. Remember, Millar said that the Ultimate Red Skull would be a part of the story, and on the cover of issue 10 we see the Abomination, the communist version of Thor, what seems to be Crimson Dynamo, a couple of HUGE Rocket Men and so forth. Clones aren't that far off.

Looking at that preview, I think SHIELD has created way too many super-soldier suits and rocketmen. That's just insane. I hope when Millar and Hitch end their run all of those guys get tossed, except for maybe one or two for pete's sake.
