From what I've read of Loeb's DC stuff,I don't understand why everyone's worried.

The guy has got the writing chops without question,again from what I've read.

Millar/Hitch is an impossible team to top.So instead of following their footsteps,it's best to go another direction.

did anyone else catch that all of the other captians were in a room with red neon light.Does this have somthing to do with there suits? they looked like they were just hanging out.

pokemon emerald? is that a joke?

spider-man blue was good,so was hulk grey,hadnt read the batman titles but everyone else likes them so i will have to check them out.

I don't know if it's been said--and I'm not reading through all 116 pages to find out--but when I went to pick up Ultimates 12 back in June, the guy running the store said that the artist has a physical (i think it was) disablility that he's been dealing with his whole life, and it's just recently becoming unmanageable.
It's going to be sad to see his artwork go.

The guy working at your store is on crack.Hitch does not have a physical disability of any means.

If by physical you mean he is extremely detailed in all of his artwork and it seems like it takes an entire week to finish one page, then yes he has a disability.

Oh and I think what some people are worried about with Jeph Is that his B/S arcs of late werent that great. One thing is they did suck, he was also dealing with his son's declining health, so it could be argued that he was severly affected by that what father wouldnt be. Now though he has new characters and new matierial and such so he may be back up on his A game in which case there will be an actual Marvel book on my pull list.

Hitch and Millar have a good 15-20 minute video on Ultimate Avengers II talking about The Ultimates and the movie. Good stuff. Especially since I never saw Hitch talk before.
