Yes I was wondering that too when we first saw its schematics. I imagined its two arms would hold a Kaiju while the third would just start rotating like a drill and just run right through it.

Not sure I like the angle that poster shows Crimson Typhoon in... If I didn't know that he had three arms, I probably wouldn't have guessed. But he has a great design to him.

its hard to see all three arms in that poster. One cool thing is that it can be seen that the hand on the lone arm is a melee weapon. I thought that it was either melee or where Crimson Typhoons plasma cannon was housed. Will be cool to see it in action. There is shot in the trailer where the CT pilots looks to be freaking out somewhat. Will be good to see why in the movie. Also how all 3 pilots operate the Jaeger. I also hope that there is at least one more Jaeger to be revealed.

Crimson Typhoon is probably my second favourite design, it's just a little sad that they didn't focus on its most obvious asset in its character poster, so the GA can identify it easier. And yes, the shot in the trailer of its pilots was a nicely dynamic scene.

There was talk about Tacit Ronin and Diablo Intercept(?), does somebody know if they are in the movie?

Del Toro said all of the Jaeger pilots are family members. The exception being Hunnam and Kikuchi. Do you remember if the Chinese Jaeger pilots are family members? Is it even mentioned?

It's because Jaegers cause too much stress on single pilots, but the pilots have to be in sync with each other, and so they have to be connected in some way. So typically, they go for family members. The chinese pilots are barely in the movie. They don't really explain anything about them other than the fact that they use three pilots.

thanks for posting. Great too see the Jaegers in action with these posters. Coyote Tango fires its back mounted artillery, Crimson Typhoon has its melee claw hand spinning and Striker is firing its anti-Kaiju missiles. Too bad we cant see its wings. Just like how CT arms are different from the blueprints Striker Eureakas arm blades are of a different blade type and much wider than the blue print.

This movie will be so fu cking badass, jaws will drop. Can't wait personally for Man Of Steel, Elysium, STIT, or World War Z, but this takes the cake.

I bet the 3D will be pretty sweet on this, and Del Toro is pretty implicated in the process, to make sure it doesnt look like action figures fighting on the screen (scale and everything ^^ ).

you get a real sense of size with how small the cargo container is in Gipsy Dangers hand. Too bad we dont see any weapons revealed like some of the other posters.
