Plus the Engineer in the original Alien looked huge compared to the humans, but in Prometheus the Engineer didn't look as big. What gives, I hope he explains why.
Also in Prometheus on the walls we saw the xenomorph, so I'm still confused about why they were shown there and I think Ridley got confused too about that. Why show that if it didn't really serve a purpose to the film? I also don't think he explained what, and how that black goo stuff works, and it just turned Fifield into a zombie, but it disintergrated the Engineer in the beginning? Plus I want to know what happens to the alien at the end of Prometheus. I wonder if Ridley will do anything else with that? Anyone else still feel like I do about any of this stuff?
Man, for the sequels their is so much that could be done with them.
The xenomorph walls I still think was to show the evolution needed to create the alien. It looked like an chain evolution so to speak to get it right.. "Black goo",the huggers have to come from somewhere, the engineers DNA was similar to humans so the black goo could of had a different effect on them as opposed to us.
Basically the black goo was needed in conjunction with something else in order to create a hugger, humans were needed in conjunction with huggers in order to get the intended alien.
The engineers were masters of DNA and creation. I think that the experiment went haywire for them because our DNA was so close to them.
Again, Im not saying I have all the answers.. Everybody knows as much as i do in here.. just my theory. I could be 100% wrong
