The Flash Robbie Amell cast as Ronnie Raymond/Firestorm

Dear Berlanti and co,

Firestorm spinoff. Not Atom. Firestorm.

Firestorm was cool.Cisco has got to drop "it's morphin time" one time when Ronnie and Martin merge.

As the person who accidently started the Robbie Amell for Red Ranger movement, I'd be laughing my ass off if that happens. But there's another time and place for Robbie to be saying that phrase. :p

HELL YEAH THEY DO!!he needs his own show! i will sign that petition
This doesn't look too terrible. Something in this direction would be great.

now that i see that coat and jacket thing he had on in fallout. wasnt really a costume this design is growing on me!! i am willing to forgo the puffy pirate sleeves for the headband thing!hehe
THAT DUDE IS COOL!!

I'm loving Firestorm. Amell has really stepped up his acting, and Ronnie and Stein is working well as a concept. And those effects.

I thought the "I've got one of those faces" line was cute, both within the context of the storyline and as a nod to his semblance to the Arrow.

Of course, they could just make Oliver Queen and Ronnie Raymond cousins.

Sooo... why exactly is that a thing?

After laughing our way through the hysterical new comedy The Duff — thanks to incredible one-liners from the stellar cast including Mae Whitman, Bella Thorne, Allison Janney, and Ken Jeong — we couldn’t help but notice its perfect resemblance to iconic ’90s film She’s All That. The new soon-to-be classic flick is even being compared to other fan favorites, like Mean Girls, so we couldn’t think of anything more perfect than having one of the film’s stars, Robbie Amell, help us re-create covers from some of your favorite films. Here’s what happened.

buzzfeed in a nutshell

If there is a spinoff, I can see that they'd be able to separate for most of the show to interact with one another but then merge when they need to go into action.

It felt like a backdoor pilot for a potential show.

What happen with Jason he got cast and then disappear??

There ought to be a female Firestorm where a man and woman are merged, with the guy trapped inside the woman's body. That would be fun to see and some comedic moments could ensue. Don't know how there would be complete acceptance though unless it were Ronnie sharing Catlin's body.

But if it were Cisco sharing with Caitlin, shower times would be a little awkward. :p

As much as I'm digging firestorm, I find it pretty interesting that the character has captured this much of the audience' imagination without even beginning to delve into his actual power set. He flies and has fire/energy hands ala every marvel energy projector circa the 90's.
It would be like GL without the actual right is powered and limited by the imagination and more just him flying and shooting all day. I pray they don't neglect the real juice of Firestorm for me.

Reminds me of how DCAU John Stewart was the most popular incarnation of the character at the time.

If there is a Firestorm spinoff, who should do the narration at the beginning?

Should it say "My name is Ronnie Raymond" or "My name is Martin Stein"? Should only one person narrate or should it switch between Amell and Garber? Or should they alternate the narrations each week from both of their points of view?

I still want them to ultimately drop the entire narration. They are wasting precious seconds, that always ends with scenes getting cut, because they didn't fit into the Episode.
