Are they ever going to play up the physical similarity between Firestorm and Green Arrow?

I would be shocked if they didn't at least make a wisecrack about it. and bring Firestorm over to Arrow at some point.

I need the Firestorm/GA quip to happen sometime around when I get a Ray Palmer is 'super' bit.

Is that Felicity? Well obviously she's not going to be his step mother, unless Firestorm is her son who comes from the future, and Oliver Queen is actually his dad, which would explain the family resemblance really well.

My explanation for their resemblance is that they are cousins in-universe but because of a feud between Moira and Robbie's Father/Mother they've never met.

I'm not sure how they're going to do it but I'm thinking that he has Stein's mind and Ronnie's body. That's why he doesn't remember who he is.

It did remind me of Ghost Rider every time his head set on fire. Now if Marvel can't do something as good as that if they feature Ghost Rider in a future TV show, then they have problems.
