I think they're trying to make Hank more dynamic since the show's biggest flaw is that it's lead is too dry, but it just comes off as out of character to do so.
Yes, the transition reeks of desperation from the writers to "cool" up the lead character. Either the lead has the it factor or he doesn't. Hank is the latter.I think they're trying to make Hank more dynamic since the show's biggest flaw is that it's lead is too dry, but it just comes off as out of character to do so.
Well cool doesn't exactly equate to smooth.Hank seems more like the "one girl at a time" kind of guy rather than juggling around 2 or 3 different women in a love triangle. Evan seems like the type who would hit on anything that moves but still gets rejected. Evan is funny but I wouldn't exactly call him smooth. I wonder how they will handle the Diviya and Raj storyline because I always saw Evan and Diviya together. I'm sure they will pair them together down the road.
Making Raj a tool in the beginning would've made the setup too transparent so I'm glad they didn't take that route. We'd all see the inevitable coming a mile away. The easy way out would be to show Raj as a *****e bag but since he isn't, I'm interested in how they'll resolve the storyline.
that's part of his character since he's a smart@##Anyone noticed how everyone is a d*** to Evan. I mean even in playful ribbing its kind of annoying
