See I can't go with that. She no doubt killed Cici. So already your argument is invalid.

You're one of those... stir the pot people huh?
- Jow
Huh?! Dude, Cici was killed by a man! That's common sense if you watch the movies. Mrs. Loomis couldn't risk being caught. Her identity was supposed to be kept secret until the very end. Mickey was the puppet that did all the heavy lifting. WATCH THE MOVIES!
I don't know. Mickey was with Sid and co. at the Sorority party. Mrs. Loomis was at the scene of CiCi's crime even before Gale and then she quickly left. I think she left to go attack Sid at the sorority house. We saw Mickey leave with Hallie and Randy to go check out the CiCi crime.
He was more than likely making the calls at that time, while Mrs. Loomis killed/attacked (in those instances).
Mrs. Loomis was also the one chasing Gale and Dewey at the theater school while Mickey killed Hallie and the cops.
That's how I always saw it, at least.
Mickey.... is at the party with everyone. He debates sequels with Randy again. And is with Hallie. You even see him leave the party with everyone else to see what is going on.
Ms. Loomis, however is first on scene of Cici's death.
NOW who's not watching the movies?

Mickey could have easily left the party for 5-10 minutes. Going to the restroom or something, going to get drinks, something. Mrs. Loomis was first on the scene....WOW! She had the plans for everything. Of coarse she is going to be there. The people who play Ghostface work together! Its a team effort. Both people have to be there while committing the crimes so that they have each other's back. Watching for other people who come and go. I doubt Mrs. Loomis is as physical as Mickey to be running through a house ripping everything out of his way. Throwing Cici throw the window and then picking her up and tossing her over the rail off the house. THINK!
pretty sure they're already there.
Sid's "What took ya so long?" can be taken in many ways as if to say "to find us?"
Either way, the 3 of them appear to have come together.... thus it's not like Mickey was like "Oh hey guys, pull over I gotta kill this chick real quick."
- Jow
Now you're just re-writing the movie.
- Jow
That's probably how you remembered it , I just popped it in though.
You've got to be kidding.:

Jow and I finally agree on something
I don't know if there's no doubt, because it's not set in stone in the movie who it was, but it could easily have been Mrs Loomis. She was already there on the crime scene pretending to be a reporter, and Mickey was seen at the sorority party. Of course he could have slipped back to the party after the murder, but the way the scene directly cuts to the party after Cici's death implies it's a straight cut to what's going on at the party at that time, and Mickey was already there.
I also believe Mrs Loomis was the Ghostface who chased Gale and attacked Dewey in the Film School. She was outside on the pay phone when Gale ran out of there. Mickey was busy going after Sid and Hallie at that time. I think she was the Ghostface who attacked Sid in the sorority house, too, after she ran off to meet her "deadline".
so then....Ms. Loomis is strong enough to pull Randy, a grown man, bear hug style up and into a van... but not strong enough to lift a petite sorority girl up and throw over a balcony?
- Jow
You act as if she picked Randy up over her shoulder and and pile-drived him into the ground. She pulled him into the van. That is it. Simple. Has a girl ever pulled you when it isn't expected?! I think it'd have the same effect. I'm telling you guys, Mickey was the Ghostface for most of the second movie. She wasn't chasing Gale/Dewey, you can see that the Ghostface is setting up the camera, MICKEY STYLE!
I watched it not too long ago, and I definitely agree that it IS possible that Mickey killed CiCi (especially since she was thrown over the balcony), and that he came to the party later. I just always figured it was Mrs. Loomis.
Either way, with regards to Mrs. Loomis only being Ghostface when she killed Randy (somebody wrote that upthread), that can't be true because I'd say it was definitely her chasing Gale/stabbing Dewey.

Randy is scrawny.. If Mrs. Loomis was able to overpower Sid I could see her being able to handle Randy. Also there was a bit of a struggle ..he got rocked into the mirror a couple times.
I can see why you would think that about the school. It seems more plausible she was the one chasing Dewey&Gale . I wonder sometimes if the film makers look at it the same way we do.
Or ya know, framing him.
"You're never gonna get away with this..."
"Of course I will... everything is traceable back to Mickey."
And ya know - pulling him UP into a van - watch the scene - is what she does. And for Ms. Loomis to physically overpower Randy in the van? I don't think so. He may not be a regular stone cold steve austin, but I don't see her having the body size to top him.
