I was telling my gf yesterday, with all the corruption, drugs and now drug induced zombies, it be a perfect place to have a story here dealing with a cartel and extreme drugs.

I always thought the same about him coming to Hershey. That friggin' Hershey Kiss character at Hershey Park has been asking for it for years.

Yeah, but a Punisher movie set in Hershey would be filmed in Mexico.
