should venom talk?

But yeah, I don't see why Venom wouldn't be able to jump that far. Yes, he can swing - but why not jump? Spider-Man can jump quite far...so why wouldn't Venom?

I think he should make one word phrases when he has the venom mouth on. But the symbiote should retract to let him talk. sorta how the mouth would open and you'd see his face in the thing.

Well really if spiderman is the more human like spider, it would be acceptable to have venom be the feral, insect like spiderman, so its not as dumb as some say imo. I could definitely see someone else making that version and me liking it.

that lady who had her mouth ripped off, and then had the first face transplant, couldn't talk, and she wasn't mindless. the only reason she could talk is because her bottom lip hangs down too far from her top lip.

Venom's lip does the same thing.

I'm not saying Venom shouldn't talk. what I was saying is that just because that women couldn't talk didn't make her braindead.

He very well might seem mindless. Now I wouldn't be bringing Venom in part 3 if it were up to me. however since he is in part 3, with everything else going on in part 3, there might not be room for a smart venom planning, stalking him, scaring his loved ones. I dont' know well see.
If Venom was being saved for part 4, which we now know he isn't, then I woudl be dead set on an intelligent Venom acting just like he did in the comic book, minus the humour. I thinkt he humuour is cheap and weak for Venom.

of course he should talk, but the problem is this: how will they make it look right? in the comic, venom's mouth is ALWAYS wide open--so how will they make him say "b"s and "p"s and "f"s without his mouth closing? will his mouth NEVER close, like (bad example, i know) malebolgia in "spawn"? that would look awful!!! will he have lips? some artists draw him w/o lips--so how will it come across visually to have him speak and not totally ruin the look of the character?
