Venom, Carnage and Lizard are some of Spider-Man's darker villains. Lizard would be great to see in a movie.

I hope we see him turn into the Lizard at the end and then that will leave a cliffhanger for Spider-Man 4.
But Lizard seriously isn't a light villain. They better not screw it up.

Some of the newer designs...like that feral lizard, the new hobgoblin used in ultimate, and ultimate carnage were pretty cool.

It's a shame there's not too many images of the MTV lizard laying around, though.

I'd say he's pretty damn likely to show up in SM4.... he's the biggest villain that'll be left, after this, with the exception of maybe Electro.

I wouldn't expect a cliffhanger ending here, though. I think just laying hints by showing Connors experimenting with reptiles in this one would be enough for now.... just to setup the bases a little bit.

I'de prefer they just use carnage since the symbiate escapes and save Lizard for SM5 since the whole mad scientist concept has played itself out so many times... I don't like the lizard story as a climax but it is a good opening movie for a new trilogy I presume.

I'm just not too interested in a Lizard finale... even if TObey comes back and they just recast DUnst... SOny knows damn well it won't make as much... what's the point in going through with another repetitive story... unless they want to ****e the franchise out... let em do that... if it's a new trilogy with a new cast... maybe it ain't that bad an investment.
