Mysterio's suit looks good, but it means nothing without that fish bowl!

I suspect the fish bowl will be CGI. And get knocked off, given how big of a star JG is they probably want him to have significant face time.

It should stay on his head as much as possible. But idk how realistic that is.
Method. But in all seriousness, Vulch had a mask and they balanced facetime to masked pretty evenly imo.If it's like the Man in the Iron Mask, and it's locked onto Gyllenhaal's head for the duration of the shoot, then he won't be able to take it off at all. He'll even have to sleep in the fish bowl.
Does anyone have any idea when the first trailer might drop? I remember the first Homecoming trailer coming out around December 2016. Then again, marketing this movie will be very tricky given that the general audience think that Spider-Man is dead.
The general audience aren't idiots, they know he'll be coming back and is going to be in the film.

No-one told that to Sony or Avi Arad when making Venom.![]()

But, Venom is doing well so far![]()
That's because people got wind of the turd and had to experience it for themselves.

I see what you did there, exceptional. That's because people got wind of the turd and had to experience it for themselves.
How big is the possibility that since Sony may be going forward with their cinematic-spider-peripheral-universe Sony won't keep things separate and will rip Spidey away from Marvel Studios post Far From Home now that Marvel Studios rejuvenated the character's popularity with mainstream audiences? Then they can say their movies are part of the MCU, that would turn into the biggest mess and not good for Spidey's health on screen. I mean Amy Pascal was already stepping on Kevin Feige saying Venom was part of "the world they were building for Spider-Man on screen" or whatever. That would be the lamest crap, get Spidey sorted out only to give him directly back to the people who messed him up in the first place, and also possibly tarnish another brand (MCU) by association. If Venom makes a good amount of money than Sony will most likely figure they don't need Spider-Man to get a good box office. Spidey stays in the MCU longer and Sony continues their universe. Win win
Sony would be dumb to end their deal with Marvel. They're earning money for a movie they didn't work on. Yeah, but Sony *is* dumb. I lost any faith I had in them after reading how clueless and directionless they are from the leaked emails.Sony would be dumb to end their deal with Marvel. They're earning money for a movie they didn't work on. That's a great deal.

Just thinking about worst-case scenarios. This isn't gonna happen. People really need to relax.
