Is it just me, or does the lower portion of the face appear to be a slightly different shade of red with darker webbing in many pictures of the suit?

Right beneath the nose, it looks a lighter red than the rest of the mask.

A person actually saw that and assumed that because of that, we'd somehow be seeing Peter's mouth.

But it's not just one picture. I also have seen a similar effect in many of the official photos and some of the set photos as well.

I'm honestly not seeing it, Zilla. I see it in the full headshot, but that's the only picture. Maybe that area of the mask is slightly thinner than the rest of it, making it more comfortable for the actor/stuntman to breath/work in? That's the only reason I can think of. Haven't seen it in the trailer or any other official picture.

You guys argue for any crap, but love the suit, the one thing that is horrible beyond belief, it looks like a tracksuit made by Nike.
There is nothing...no redeeming qualities about it, everything is butt ugly.
And the yellow eyes....does Spider-Man has some liver disease we don't know about?
And the honeycomb texture...look at the pic of his head, he looks like a basketball ball made by Spalding.

Don' t get me wrong, the movie can be the next best thing since sliced bread, but that suit....oh God the suit...

I love the suit to be honest...idk, there's just something about it, I want to say visceral or kinetic, but I'm not sure if either of those would be completely accurate. I just think it's an awesome look. and the eyes only look yellow in two shots, in others they look mirrored.

@DarkSov: Agreed on the suit and I'd say the eyes have varied. I'd say they'll be a reflective/mirrored mesh with a yellow/gold tint most of the time. As seen in the trailer.

It's growing on me. I did not like the suit at all in the beginning but I'm starting to get used to it and will prob like it even more once I see Spidey swinging around and bein cool.

Oh and BTW, sliced bread isn't all that great
