Question though; was there ever a given reason as to why Waller has never "forced" some of the bigger DC players to be a part of her Suicide Squad?

I mean with all of the resources that she has, you would think that she would want to forcibly recruit some of the bigger names in the DC Lore that are on Earth, aka Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, etc.

How do you force those guys into serving government interests when so many of them are personally more powerful than most nations, including the USA, not to mention they are the ones that kick the ass of the Squad members on a regular basis? There are also interesting political questions. Even if you could force a GL or a Wonder Woman or Aquaman to do what you want, there would be repercussions from the GL Corps., The Amazons and Atlantis to consider. Also, the Squad's missions are black ops stuff. Involving a Flash or a Superman in them would be counterproductive.

I think it's been reported that they are looking to fill the roles for another Black male and a Latino. Manta? Bane? I don't know. I am guessing Manta is a good possibility.

Well, when you put it that way, I guess that makes more sense. I was just thinking more along the lines of like Waller trying to blackmail one of the bigger heroes that she'll have one of their loved ones assassinated if they don't do what she orders them.lol
