How long before someone makes a "Positivity only" thread for Suicide Squad? :o

Any love for Killer Croc in this?

THIS IS KATANA

SHE'S GOT MAH BACK

SHE'KEN CUT ALL YOU IN HALF WITH ONE SWORD STROKE LIKE MOWIN THE LAWN

nothing against Joel, but I really am sad we didn't get Tom Hardy instead. maybe he'll get a better role in a future movie though.

Hardy for Deathstroke in Batman v. Suicide Squad: Dawn of Vengeance, which will be announced next month.

Which would be fine I guess except they're all way too sympathetic with tragic backstories and "goody goody" aspirations. Aside from one dude on TFX I wouldn't call any of them villains. Which to me defeats the purpose

Boomerang does get another squad member killed.

Lol some people are funny, i keep seeing this excuse thrown around.

"I don't have the money to go see a movie that i was anticipating so if the critics don't like it i'm not going to go see it."

If you don't have enough money to watch a movie then your priority should be making enough money so you can watch them and form an opinion yourself.

you are so entitled. :loco:

He was pretty good in RoboCop, with what he had. Including the first 30 mins.

I thought he was super bland in that movie. Zero screen presence or charisma and he wasn't an engaging character.

Weller's version was superior in every way.

Well, it looks like it will up to mah boy Ben aka The Batman to save DC once again.

I hope most of yall still go see the flick and make up yo own damn minds!

When Ben and I go upstage to grab that best picture oscar for best film ( first cbm in history) we will say thank you to all you little ppl.

Bat Rises!

So will this once and for all kill DC's dark and gritty approach? Don't get me wrong GL wasn't dark and gritty and it sucked but with people hating the cold, crule and brooding tone of the DCEU I wonder if WB will just straight up drop that approach already.

Wonder Woman according to Gal Gadot

In Batman v Superman, you get a glimpse of who she is but not where she comes from. In Wonder Woman, this would be the first time we ever tell the coming-of-age story of how Diana becomes Wonder Woman. It’s very interesting. It has moments of humour, but it’s pretty dark.

I mean if we take Wonder Woman as prequel to BVS. WW should end with Diana disillusioned about Man's World, and retiring from being a superhero till the Doomsday thing.

And then you slip on the podium and wake up.

I've already read that but Wonder Woman was filmed before the DCEU imploded. I mean going forward when they decide to make non Batman DC movies in the future.

Maybe it would've worked, maybe it wouldn't have, but I feel like there needed to be a Ben Affleck Batman movie first before BvS and Suicide Squad and Justice League.

Justice League will probably be the closest to not so dark and fun

I think he's saying you shouldn't just look at the RT score only and maybe a bad score could be misleading. Like what are the writers and reviewers you like and respect say about the movie rather than just the basic score?
That is how I took it as well.

There's no way Gadot can carry a movie so I don't have high expectations for WW.

Nothing about this movie felt dark other than the original trailer a year ago.
