Love Suicide Squad?

So is it accurate to say that this movie turned into the Will Smith show?

Do not like that the jokers scene's were (allegedly) cut for him. Yuck.

Same...if WW is watchable and rewatchable...it would be the only DC film I own on dvd other than batman begins....
I don't own Catwoman, Green Lantern or BvS. I'll pick BvS up after it drops in price. Everything else I am pretty sure I own.

Given how Joker seems to dominate the marketing, I'm surprised just how minor his role actually is in SS.

hopefully i like SS anyways i really enjoyed X Men Apocalypse and it got beat up by critics with a 48%

yet i hated superman returns and that has a 76% on RT its a very weird system lol

Well, hopefully you enjoy it. Hopefully everyone here enjoys it.

Yes. Unrelated...maybe... I just watched a quick YouTube vid about how they've made Harley's hotpants shorter in editing. They used the arse clip from the last trailer as an example.

Haven't we really known for a good time now that his role was minor? It shouldn't be such a shocker I don't think. He's always been a side part of this film and not a huge role.

It won't kill you to wait until DVD. I guess it's another Man of Steel situation to me. I dug it but I get what it's flaws are.
Well I will definitely Netflix it at least. Thanks SPIDEY. :yay:

Not as minor as the reports have been saying. The marketing has also been grossly misleading.

I actually think that is backwards. In the Behind the scene shots, they are super short, but in the trailers/tv spots they have been longer. Probably because they would have got a red band for it.

I haven't been keeping up well enough, but going by the trailers, you'd think he was a major part of the film. That is the problem with the trailers.

Well once Saturday comes....I'm going to forget what I've read of what critics have said about SS and just watch it with an open mind. It would be a similar situation with xmen apocalypse where I had no interest in giving it a chance and in the end I came out enjoying it more than I thought I would. Even though it's not without its flaws but most of my favorite comicbook films are like that. So here goes...

Eh I guess then. Hasn't been that way for me at least. I expected a small role/side story, nothing major and the trailers and marketing for me didn't suggest more than that. But I guess I see how it can to some.

Yup. That's one of the more common complaints I've been reading in the reviews about the Joker--there's not enough of him in the movie, much less than they expected.
