The fight scenes were some of the most bland and uninspired when it comes to CBM's.

It's hilarious because Dan Murrell always gets pissed in these things.

I'm not into celebrity gossip but...yeah, I'd put down serious money that Will and Margot had a fling. Their chemistry on Focus was just....too real and if you see them during interviews and stuff, their mannerisms towards each other...you could tell somethin's goin on between them.

Heck, maybe that's why Will took the Suicide Squad gig in the first place.

On Jared Leto’s The Joker scenes being cut out of Suicide Squad:

Jared Leto, who has second billing in “Suicide Squad” despite appearing onscreen for about 10 total minutes, has said that he thinks there was enough Joker footage shot to lend itself to its own movie. Says Roven: “David Ayer shoots a tremendous amount of footage, and when it comes to things having to do with the Joker, Jared does many takes and all the takes are very, very different, and sometimes the scenes can go on for a very long time, and sometimes the scenes can be, when you’re more on page, tighter, etc. Sometimes those impromptu scenes are fantastic, sometimes they’re not. That’s all part of the process.What you don’t want to do is you don’t want to limit the process.”

Saw this today in Imax. 8/10 for me. I'd have been fine with a three hour cut. I'm glad I got a team of heroes I can enjoy and that kinda kept their villain vibe throughout. I did like the supernatural elements they brought in.

At some points,Andy sounded just like a Snyder Chaser when he defended SS.

Specifically, when he tried to use the "You just hate the movie because you didn't understand it" rhetoric. I'm glad Dan shut that down real quick.

I disagree on Deadshot.

Will Smith's version of Deadshot in "Suicide Squad" fits the character much better.

Arrow's version of Deadshot when he was just a villain going after Green Arrow...I can understand.

We'll have to agree to disagree, which I'm fine with, I understand most people really liked Will as Deadshot, I thought he was OK but he felt like a hero pretending to be a villain to me. I just prefer the more crude, mostly heartless portrayal of the TV version. It's more in tone with what I wanted to see from the character, Will just comes off as well, for lack of a better word, nice, to play the type of character I'd like to see Deadshot be.

But I also understand the difficulty of doing a movie like this in general, you have to find a way to make the audience "like" the protagonists, even though they are supposed to be scumbags. Best way to do that is lighten them up and not have them be overly violent or mean, that's what they did with this movie. I still like the movie, well, the first 2/3 anyway but I would have liked for all of them to be more "evil"... The only one that really was was Boomerang, he was pretty slimey/grimey the whole time. Well, and Waller, but she wasn't a Squad member. I still liked all the characters to varying degrees, but I wish the characters went alot deeper and alot darker. Just my personal preference for what I wanted to see from this movie.

Deathstroke isn't a cynic. Deathstroke is a professional. If anything he'd have even more regrets than Deadshot since most of his contracts are in war zones that make use of child soldiers. But unlike Deadshot he'd never show it.
